I don't have the game on TV guys. Can you:
1) tell me how Bradley is looking. Is his at-bats real poor or is just being unlucky? 2) what did Jim Palmer say about Henry Owens?
Thanks

Palmer like's his height. He mentioned more than once how it changes the hitter's perspective. Very impressed with the change-up. The four pitches are a big deal also. That was the first thing he commented on.
A walk for Bradley in the first at bat. Then two strikeouts, and a weak grounder. It's pretty obvious that pitchers have decided to go up and outside to him. That looks like the new book. Let's see how he adjusts.

Everybody knows Nelson de la Rosa, but who is Karim Garcia?

We should trade Pedroia while his value is high. And when he doesn't have trade protection - which is never.

Is there some reason Mendez could only face one batter?

JBJ fails to adjust to new strategy. Owens is great today. 4 pitch mix, in and out, up and down. Completely unpredictable.

Not that anyone cares but Mookie in center cost us that game. I made this case before JBJ was good, and was called basically a fool by the mods To be clear, I did not disagree with the idea that Bradley is one of the best defensive center fielders in baseball. I disagreed with the idea that Bradley was "leaps and bounds" better defensively than Betts. Last night's play aside, if Bradley is a +15 center fielder, Betts is +10-- close enough that the difference in arm might make Bradley a better fit in RF. Also, nowhere in the thread did I call you a fool. I didn't say you called me anything. It's like playing an ace SS at third bc there's another guy whos above average defensively. Mooks has proved to me this year it's not leaps and bounds, but JBJ is still clearly better. At a premium position he's IMO significantly better

Or the Os with Hardy and Machado. It happens all the time.
