Just a start. The Kimbrel trade the sale trade and the Anderson E trade. Each one at the time and for several months later was basically trashed. If you look at them now, how do you rate them?

I still don’t like the Pomeranz trade because I don’t think they got enough for that high a rated prospect. I never liked Pomeranz.
I’ve always been good with the Kimbrel trade

For the love of God, no! Let's no go here for the 100th time. The three trades obviously had a HUGE effect on the sox farm system. I would say we won the Kimbrel trade. Kimbrel was pretty good the first year and has been top 5 in the league the last two. Gave up an outfielder who is not as good as bene. A pitcher who is still in A. and a infielder who is no longer in the organization. The Sale trade looks like a win as well. Moncada is hitting 220 while still striking out at a high rate. The defense is not very good either, Kopech is in AAA. lots of strikeouts but a very high walk rate. If he figures out how to cut back on the walks could be great. Sale has been pitching at a cy young rate. The Anderson trade is still hanging. AE has not pitched since the trade because of TJ. Odds seems to be stacked against a 5 11 160 lb pitcher trying to throw 100. Got one good year out of Drew that helped us get to the playoffs. We gave up what seemed to be ALOT. Got 2 all star players and only have kopech who still could bite us in the ass. Maybe we could have gotten more for what we gave up but looks like we came out pretty good in the long run.

For the love of God, no! Let's no go here for the 100th time. I get it nothing on the site changes. I thought it was a good topic looking at the trades 2 years later, to see if we all feel the same. Guess I was certainly wrong again.
