Yeah, thats what i said chief. You implied it by saying "more of this crap from the offense" No you're wrong. I was talking about leaving risp with 0 outs. I know you are a sensitive one but cut it out.

If he's a streak hitter it's a hell of a streak.

If he's a streak hitter it's a hell of a streak. I wonder how long does he have to get the streak going to shed the "streaky" label. I'm thinking at this point he's just a flat out good consistent hitter.

Only a matter of time until Josh Rutledge joins the home run parade, surely.

I turned the game on late, and they were talking about a streak that JBJ is on. Not the hit streak. They said he has 19 straight games with (I thought they said home run, but obviously not) a run scored? They said it hasn't happened since the 50's, not sure if for Red Sox or MLB. I'm trying to look it up but can't find anything. Anybody know what the hell I'm talking about?

There are sometimes game threads with more posts in 2 innings than for this double header.

I believe that's the 19 games the Sox have had as a team with at least one home run hit; a team stat, that JBJ extended when he hit his home run tonight.

If Brock Holt is a starting player, it's as a second baseman on a second division team at best. He's an incredibly valuable utility guy. Rusney, ground balls galore and all, would be a better bet right now in left field. A substantial defensive upgrade at the very least, with far more power potential.
