These early in the season squanders are getting far too repetitive.

Why is Porcello so up with his pitches? Am I missing something here?

Why does John Farrell continue to use Robbie Ross Jr like Fernando Abad or Robbie Scott?

Xander swings like everything was an emergency stab. Seriously. Rarely swings with conviction.

This few hits, no runs approach is an interesting strategy. That is, it's a losingstrategy.

This forum meltdown when DD trades Devers for Thames is going to be epic.

This forum meltdown when DD trades Devers for Thames is going to be epic. No way. I'd do that in a second. But Milwaukee wouldn't

Seriously. Rarely swings with conviction. It's infuriating. Can't recalled if he had hit a ball hard, or even pull a foul ball hard.

Is anyone else concerned that Xander has just one extra base hit (a double) this year? Why isn't he driving the ball? Like, at all?

Lack of power is hurting this team. You can't string together enough singles to put up crooked numbers on the scoreboard.

Xander's first home run in 2013. Now we have a guy trying to be a slap hitting, BABIP god.

Well that pretty much describes his 2015, when he was a BABIP God (.372) His EV is down this year, he did hurt his thumb in Toronto, cold weather, etc. I wouldn't be alarmed yet

OMG if Thames was in Hanleys place right now the Red Sox would be in 1st place. Having him batting clean up imagine him clearing the bases with all the guys the Red Sox get on base.
