Price is just grinding - no real put away pitch - seems confused (why didn't he cover first?) - wastes loads of high fastballs. Nearly 80 pitches in the 4th inning. Not good.

With Gibson on the mound, we can kiss that one goodbye.

Good Lord, I am starting to dislike David Price. I think I am entering angry Red Sox fan stage.

Good Lord, I am starting to dislike David Price. I think I am entering angry Red Sox fan stage. I am more of a befuddled Sox fan. Too many of their games just frustrating, too many squanders. Price has just become a bit agonizing to watch - takes a ton of time between pitches.

Tie ball game if Price decided to cover first on that ball hit to Moreland.

Price will be just fine. He probably won't be like the old David Price or worth $31 million a year, but he won't be a disaster.

I'd want that even if he won every remaining start this year and earned a Cy Young award.

I think you can take the "probably" out of the above sentence at this point. It only takes a 4 win season to be worth $31 million a year, so I don't think I will. That would not be a surprise.

I can't imagine him topping 4 years/$124 million on the open market as a 34-year-old with declining stuff.

Price has basically just finished spring training in his season.

There was literally no chance of Price making that routine play.

This is where you tell Rudi to let the ball hit him.
Until after it's over, you realize you were wrong!

Kyle Gibson has been a notorious Red Sox killer in Fenway. My unjixing of this offense is real. I take the whole credit for that inning.
