Neshek whined a lot for legitimate balls.

Rays stuck with Beeks too long. Four pitch walk to the lead off man followed by a HR.

Stupid NL rules. Now the Sox have to debate whether to pull Porcello to pinch hit or not.

Considering our pen, I'm letting Rick bat.

Lol Holt. Awesome. I guess the decision was easy after that.

105 mph, 424 feet for Holt. I bet he never hit a ball that far.

So we have this team loaded with guns....and who are the heroes so far with the long ball? Leon and Brockstar.
How can you not love the way this team picks each other up.

Considering our pen, I'm letting Rick bat. LOL I stand by my statement. Prior to knowing Brock Holt would hit a bomb, I'm leaving Rick in. I mean we still have Heath Hembree pitching the 8th in a 1 run game. After the fact, it's easy to say good call.

I’d prefer Brasier here.

If you said that we'd have 2 runs on 2 solo HR's, I'd have guessed Porcello went yard before the combo of Leon AND Holt.

3 games in a row for both Barnes and Brasier before the day off. Cora thinking long term here. He's probably trying to avoid both tonight. Hembree is just going to have to do the job tonight.

Not every manager in baseball had to have their pen pitch more innings in a 4 game series than the starters in the prior weekend. Like I said, situationally, I let Rick hit. I'm glad it worked out with Holt's homerun.
