The Sox aren't going to make a lot of contact. It makes things worse when you have the worst lineup of the year playing today.

JBJ kissing the Mendoza line again.... .198 and moving on up. But now we have Leon. As Eck has said half a dozen times....what a weird line up.

There should be a federal law that Sandy Leon and Nuñez cannot be in the same line-up for the safety of any women or children looking on.

In JBJ's last 20 games, he is slashing .306/.411/.661 including today.

Both team had chances to take a commanding lead in this game and hasn't.

455 ft to little Brandon Lowe. MFY up 5-0. We've got a hill to climb to not lose games to TB and MFY today.

Eduardo just isn't good enough to go toe to toe with Snell. This blows.

Cora must feel like this team is a dam springing holes everywhere...some due to injuries, some due to coming back down to earth from last year's performances, some just bad baseball.. - he solves one issue and another springs up.
Once again, Fenway is a very quiet place.

We need to capitalize on this mistake.
Would love to see Chavis shorten up and poke one to right.

Hopefully they pull Snell soon. I think I'd rather have a tiring Snell than a fresh arm from this pen.

Is Chavis swinging through 95% of his last 100 swing?

Man, he's nasty. Sox only have to face him 3 more years. Wonderful.

Is Chavis swinging through 95% of his last 100 swing? feels like it sometimes. this was always gonna be a horrible matchup for Chavis though, probably should've considered Holt over him even against a lefty.
