I can see a scenario like we saw with Correa and Story taking place this off season between Xandy, Turner and Correa where the sox or someone waits back in the weeds to see which one of them is remaining after the first two sign. It may not happen but I could certainly see some team jumping out hot like we saw the rangers do on seager and giving some crazy deal to one of them. The 2nd signing for big bucks and then the market kind of drying up on whoever remains. It wouldn't be the worst play for the Sox to try and do that and get one of them on a bit of a bargain. Of course the giant downside is that all 3 sign for big bucks quickly and you're left with none of the three.

Eovaldi and Kiké might end up being bargains at this rate.
If Eovaldi can’t even fetch a good prospect at the deadline, I’d rather try to bring him back for cheap than deal him.
Kiké might be looked at as just a UTIL again in which case he’d be inexpensive too.

He’s a rental and even before last night his profile was weaker than last year. His ERA was lower than his xERA baseballsavant.mlb.com/savant-player/nathan-eovaldi-543135?stats=statcast-r-pitching-mlb

Kiké looks pretty done to me, I wouldn’t want to spend on him.
Bogaerts also has a no trade clause so he isn’t a “you have to move him” guy. Even JD isn’t in that category if he is willing to sign an extension before the deadline.
I think Eovaldi is the guy you have to move. He’s had injury issues in the past and we have a bunch of interesting arms to try out in the rotation. Now is the time to do that while we’re rebuilding.

He still has a pedigree and has pitched in big games. You aren't necessarily wrong but you're under estimating how people will overpay for starters like Eovaldi. You don't think a team like Anaheim would deal someone from the lower levels for a chance to go far in the post season? The Cardinals could work a package of Eovaldi and Boegarts and Boston could get some prime pieces in return.

Why is Franchy not an option?

Xander is probably going to make the All-Star team and Boras is definitely going to urge him to go, for the national exposure, but he really needs to take some time off.

Why is Franchy not an option? Why didn't you ask on April 2nd, when the poll was first posted?
