ARod is a POS and that was actually quite awesome. Too bad Dempster is not the kind of pitcher who gets away with giving free bases to dudes, so tied game. Girardi is a girl. Dempster isn't the baseball police, he's just a pathetic hater, did he did the same to all other PED users? He's an idiot and what he did should be reprimended with a suspension. |

If we're trying to help build chemistry in the Yankees dugout then Dempster did a great job of it. All it is going to do is get the Yankees to rally behind him.

That was a stupid move from a strategic standpoint, but I admit that I loved that. This guy doesn't deserve to be out there. Make him uncomfortable. I'd be pretty content if he was drilled once a game until his suspension begins.

If he's going to plunk someone, he'll do it when his pitch count is high and it would otherwise likely be his last inning anyway. And he'll stick around long enough to get the win if the game goes that way. |

Yes, A-Rod is an Idiot, but you can't just hit guys like that. The first pitch sent a message. There was no reason to hit him on the 4th pitch. Dempster now could get suspended, although that is not necessarily a bad thing, as he has pitched poorly all year, and it cost the Sox a run.

He'll serve a suspension eventually but you can't keep him off the field while he's appealing for obvious reasons. I care more about respecting due process than just banning A-Rod because ZOMG HE'S HISTORY'S GREATEST MONSTER. Seriously, people need to get a grip. The level of vitriol against A-rod is just beyond my comprehension. |
