Greenville decided to spot Kannapolis a 5-1 lead to make it more interesting ... but storm back to take the 9-6 lead. Wow! Maybe Ben should film these comebacks and force the major league team to watch them until the Red Sox batters figure out how to hit with risp. For the love of god, does everything need to come back to Cherington and/or Farrell?

Did Espinoza pitch the other day like he was supposed too? Didn't see anything on him. Excited about him They were rained out. No word on whether they got the games in today, but looking at the weather page (http://soxprospects.com/stats/weather.php) they probably should've gotten it in I guess?

Why is Denny Bautista pitching in Hi-A games?
How long is JAAckie BrAAdley going to toil in AAA before they trade him somewhere he can be a useful player?
Is it a good sign or a bad sign that Allen Craig has an 887 OPS in AAA?
Javier Guerra with homers in back-to-back games. Is he really 155 pounds?

His agent wasn't lying about his line: 3 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 3 SO, 4-2 GO-FO
Red Sox2 won game1 8-1
Stanley Espinal 2/3, HR, BB
Edit: Won game2 6-5
Juan Barriento was 2/3 with 2 HR
Denyi Reyes: 4 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 0 BB, 4 SO, 6-1 GO-FO

Why is Denny Bautista pitching in Hi A games? He was pitching in low A a couple weeks ago. Kinda random at 34. Is it possible the Sox are straight giving a visa to a relative to the the most dominant pitcher to ever wear their uniform? I'd be cool with that. Also, I can't start a thread, but would like to read one on Tzu-Wei Lin. Safe to say that the next time y'all put out your top 60, he's gotta be in there? He's 21 and starting to hit in High A? Anyone seen any Salem games? Is he a legit defender at ss? He must at least be insanely fast. Outside of the Cubans, I feel like he got the biggest int. signing we've ever given an amateur? He most have some tools?

Shortstop Tzu-Wei Lin continued what he described as the best stretch of his professional career, going 2-for-4 while driving in a run. Both of his hits came against the Orioles’ lefthanded starter. Lin, 21, is hitting .284/.336/.388, including .333/.394/.464 in May – all of which would represent career-best marks over his four-year career for any month in which Lin has played in at least a dozen games. The athletic Lin also showed both the range and arm of a shortstop, offering reminders of his potential as a valuable utility piece if he proves capable of sustaining some of his offensive improvements. - The Globe

Wonder if the radar gun was legit at 96/97. That's pretty damn nice for a kid who just turned 17.

Moncada heard yelling, "you're full of sh## Guerrero, that was a pitch that hit you." Wonder why he said that? Taunting? It's not like he and Guerrero were friends from Cuba. Guerrero is an American from CA.

Question about minor league strategy. Guerra homered his first time up last night. The next time he came up were down 6-4 bot 4th. Moncada singled to lead-off runner on 1st. He bunted him to second. Good lord, I'd have benched him. Down 2 bottom of the order coming up. Do you think he did that on his own/

When we were doing this month's rankings, I was the only one with him in my top 60 and completely understood why.
