Wynn looks huge. I think the Patriots can make a player out of him.

Not what I was expecting - hope it's a Wynn-ing pick.
Wonder if they'll be able to get Lamar Jackson with the 31st pick or if now they'll miss out on him.

Typical Patriot pick, next trade down at 31. It sucked every top LBer was taken though.

If he becomes our future left tackle this is a great pick.

If he becomes our future left tackle this is a great pick. He doesn't have the length to play LT.

I wonder if he's a LT or OG. I think he's more great guard and back up tackle type guy. He's just so short for a LT.

I wouldn’t rule out a guard early in the draft (top 3 rounds). Shaq Mason is in his last year, guys a beast, but still struggles a bit from time to time with pass production. Guard salaries have gone thru the roof and there’s no way they are going to pay him. He’s going to cash in at 10-12+ a year most likely. Good call RJP. I think that's exactly what is happening too. Hopefully Garcia is the real deal and he can be a LT for the Pats this year.

Very surprised Landry is still available, Jackson is still there and a bunch of very good corners.

He does lack length but their is speculation he could play LT in the NFL.

Patriots didn't trade down and made their pick.

Hard not to like Michel. When I watched him in the the BCS I was thinking I would like to see the Pats get him.

They never cease to make picks that make me scratch my head, but probably work out in the end.

And the Pats pick at 43 so I imagine that one of the defensive backs should be available then.

Wow, Flacco better watch his back in Baltimore. There goes Jackson.

Kind of disappointed. Was hoping the Patriots would wind up with Jackson, but instead getting a RB. Guess the Patriots will be going after one of the 2nd tier projects?

Sony Michel is a beast... he’s going to make you forget Dion Lewis

Does that mean Gillislee and Hill are potential players who can get cut? I'd think one or both getting cut is a huge possibility.

Sony Michel is a beast... he’s going to make you forget Dion Lewis He actually reminds me a lot like Lewis, less shifty but same size and strength. I was just more surprised that they took a running back there.

Don’t be surprised if Wynn plays LT this year then slides to guard when Mason is gone and Garcia is ready. Or if Garcia is ready, Mason could get traded.

Michel is a lot bigger than Lewis. As long as he doesn’t get hurt and or fumble he’s going to be explosive. He’s a legit playmaker.

Michel is a lot bigger than Lewis. That's a great thing. Size and strength with versatility. I don't hate the pick. Seems like a beast.
