The problem with Gordon. His problems aren't isolated. They are constantly happening. If you don't think this is a problem, you're being completely ignorant of the situation. I really don't know if Gordon makes it through the whole season with the Patriots if he isn't fully committed. Yeap.

Josh Gordon just has never been dependable ever. That's the issue here. If Gordon is acting up by the end of this year, and the Patriots don't make backup plans for it, then it could cost them. It's like you said Umass, the offense is going to have to get it done because this defense is termed average at best. It's pretty bad that the Patriots might need to depend on this guy a little in order to win. It's scary, in fact. Yeap.

With his history, they should have assigned someone to babysit him 24 hours a day. If left alone, he can't control himself. If he straightens himself up, he might be back next year.

Have to say, I'm a bit intrigued about what this Kamala guy can do. Raw but built like a DT and runs like a LB.
These 2 games SHOULD be an opportunity to see what he and Obi can add (even if it's for next year).
Of course, those last 2 losses mean less room for experiments.

A lot of Texans scoreboard watching today. The Pats should win today.

Lots of ugh. No Patriots game here on TV, can't find a way to listen either - so Gamecast watching. Is Brady playing as poorly as his stats indicate? Showing signs of a knee injury? Seems to be a pretty offense-absent game so far just watching the little dots move back and forth

OK - so it will be a ground game. Up two TDs - I'll take it.

Foles just fumbled on his own 5 handing the Texans a TD. Ugh. Eagles doing no favors for the Patriots the past 12 months. Well they got it back on a 4th and goal. Then they went for 2 and Foles was sacked by his f'ing facemask twisting his head around without a penalty. I have to wonder what the refs are looking at sometimes when there are such obvious penalties against the guy with the damn ball. I have no idea why they were even going for 2, but from the luck the Eagles have had this season, they probably don't have a kicker anymore.

Why don't we get it? In Western Mass we are forced to get Albany channels, yet if we play a NY team we always get it, yet the Giants are on. Makes no sense! Nevermind I'm closer to Springfield than Albany.

And since the missed facemask against Foles, the Eagles have two personal fouls.
7 for 70 penalties in the first half for the Eagles, and so many of them were borderline that you can call on every single play. A bunch of huge plays were wiped out on them too. Texans had 4 for 16. Welcome to being an Eagles fan for a day.
Foles is 22-29 with 200 yards and 2 TDs. I hope no one is playing him in a fantasy league championship game.

The Patriots have been trying to get the Bills back in this game, but they're so horrid.
Watching Gronk play is harder to watch. He's been targeted 2 times and can't get no separation anymore. The one time the ball finds his hands, it klanks off his hands for a interception.

For those watching - what's up with Brady? 8-15, 44 yds, 2 picks, 19 rating - is he as bad as the stats indicate?

Special teams has been horrid for the Patriots today in the kickoff. Field position battle has been suffering because of it.

83 yard bomb from Foles to Agholor! Perfect pass hit him in stride.

Pats find breathing room and Foles just completes a thing of beauty.

83 yard bomb from Foles to Agholor! Perfect pass hit him in stride. It's interesting for the Eagles to decide who to move forward with between Foles and Wentz. Wentz can't stay healthy, but he's young and has upside. Foles is experienced and clutch it seems, but it seems like he isn't a great in season QB. Come on Eagles.

Wentz is the guy. His knee injury was really serious and he still reportedly cannot plant on his lead foot very well. And he still had a 102 QBR this year. I don't see him as injury prone at this point. Foles will definitely get a shot somewhere else though.

Here's that missed facemask against Foles for the 2 point conversion.

403 yards and 4 TDs for Foles now against a damn good Texans D.
112 catches for Ertz is a new record for TEs.

You cannot say enough bad things about McDaneils’ red zone playcalling.
