I have a hard time reconciling that someone supposedly as smart as Brown is about football can be the dumbest MFer I've ever seen or heard. All you had to do is keep your stupid mouth shut and take your tens of millions of dollars. If I were his lawyer, I'd sever the relationship.

LOLJETS
I can hear Goodell's blood boiling from here. Jamie Collins is better than ever.

I couldn't be happier to be wrong about Dorsett. It's night and day compared to last year.

Glad the Patriots are playing well, but there is a huge talent issue in the NFL this year. Not even the Steelers with a old Rothlesburger can even look decent against a great team like the Patriots.

It's amazing the catches that Gordon can make when he's not on drugs.

Should we be concerned about Edeldaddy? We already have 2 guys on iR we want to being back in Harry and Wynn.

D was good again against a ___team. This will be another year where they struggle with WR depth. Harry is needed so hope he's back in a few weeks, and shows some durability. OK win but not a great day (Julian out) and I hope nobody here bet the Pats today.

I also have to say that the Luke Falk comparisons to Brady before the game were cute.

The only thing that will derail this team is injuries. And, they're starting to pile up. The Buffalo game next week appears to be a tough one. I expect it to be close. Buffalo usually plays well at home and gives us a grinding game. When we win, it feels like we escaped with one. That's usually the case.
At least, there will be little talk about AB this week, so the team can concentrate on what they have to do to win. Will someone please tell the media it's over. And done for. Forever. Unless they're into death stares from Bill.

They’re a bunch of spoiled brats.

For some reason, I get obsessed with Snap Count % following a game. I like to see who played the most. In looking this morning, I saw something that doesn't seem possible. KVN was NOT listed as a starter but he played 100% of the Defensive Snaps. Having missed much of the 1st QTR, I figured maybe there was a penalty on the 1st play (IIRC, those don't count in the snap total) but looking at the play by play, the first Jets snap was a Bell run (no penalty).
I guess the only other way would be if KVN subbed in after the huddle broke? Seems odd, no?

I’m not 100% on this but I believe teams submit their starters ahead of time (see TV graphics), but don’t always use the starters in the first series because they don’t necessarily know what package they will go out in... that being said... i can’t think of a package KVN wouldn’t be part of so it doesn’t make much sense... Do we know anything about Calhoun? Why he was gone all last week then an inactive? My guess is it was personal reasons and since he wasn’t around all week for the game plan they just sat him, but haven’t heard a peep.

I couldn't be happier to be wrong about Dorsett. It's night and day compared to last year. Don’t forget DMac (not a play maker) and to a lessor degree Bolden (strictly special teams). McCourty has 3 interceptions in three games, the most in a season since 2012 when he first switched to safety. Yet he also had zero tackles. He's gotten a few early Christmas presents so far this year, let's hope it keeps up. Bolden was used on the first series, then didn't play again till late 4th when they put in Stidham. He ran twice for -2 yards. Like who had a cramp to start the game? Outside that first series, they didn't use him until garbage time even though he was the third RB. I'll admit I was wrong when Bolden shows he can still run the ball and be effective. Anything to say about Harmon and Burkhead? Harmon looked awful good breaking up that would be first down catch and Burkhead has been our best looking RB easily so far.😁 I just can't tell if Burkhead is playing that well or Michel isn't healthy so he's making Burkhead look so good. He's just running harder and being more shifty than Michel and frankly it's not even close.

I always thought he'd make a good back-up, just the way he handled things as a rookie. Yet wow he might be more like a good low end starter now. Good for him, yet he is lucky to be in a good offense with good weapons after watching the Dolphins and Jets the last two weeks. The Jets top WR is a guy that didn't come close to even making our team.
