It just looks way too easy for them. Time for a new thread.
Any professional sports player not on the TB12 diet and workout program isn't trying.

Steelers don't look like a playoff team.

Good luck Juju against Stephen Gilmore instead of feasting on the cornerbacks that aren't covering Antonio Brown.
Wynn looks good. That was my biggest worry.

The Patriots might go perfect this year if Brady stays healthy. He's 42 and you can't tell the difference. Guy is the most unbelievable athlete I'll ever know.

He's the only athlete I've seen being worth more than every penny he's earned throughout his career.

He's the only athlete I've seen being worth more than every penny he's earned throughout his career. He might be the most underpaid player in any sport ever. But then again, his wife makes 3 times as much. At least.

Watch out NFL. If the Pats can dominate like this in week 1 before Antonio Brown joins them, there's a lot to worry about.

Don't forget about Josh Gordon, damn he's good!

That Dorsett looked like the best receiver on the field is bad news for every single team in the NFL.
James White is the usual typical unstoppable receiving RB for the Pats.
Can I one more time gush over how good Wynn looks?

What an awesome all around performance. Patriots playing fast, decisive, and somehow, in midseason form.
No super bowl hangover happening here!

God damn, this is incredible for the 1st game of the season. They usually start so slow and they're going to win by 30 points in game 1. We're used to them being 2-2 and waiting for them to finish 13-3. The 72 Dolphins are going to start watching with their bottles of champagne in a few weeks.

And by the way, the most annoying thing in sports is the 72 Dolphins sipping their champagne glasses, so I hope the Patriots never go undefeated.

Every victory less than 30 points will be disappointing.

The Stealers aren't a great team, but they're good enough to be competitive. The Pats just wiped the floor with them. I'm going to love the the butt kicking this team gives, if Brady stays healthy. Talk about Murderer's row. Line them up for the slaying. I'm a big Edelman honk, but Jesus, Edelman is no Antonio Brown. Brown might be the best there is in the NFL right now. He is a unstoppable talent. Health is the only thing stopping this perfect thing. I don't know, I don't see many teams matching up with anything the Patriots offer. I just don't see it. Not saying this as a homer. They seem destined for glory. I can't see them losing. They will, maybe, I don't know. Maybe they're bound to slip up, but they're too well rounded. What a well oiled machine they are right now.

Despite dropping 33, the offense stalled quite a few times and settled for field goals. The offensive line had availability and execution issues (Karras shotgun snaps not sharp, Brady moving around more than he wants). If they can tighten up the oline and ADD AN ALL-WORLD RECEIVER to what they showed last night, this team will be able to weather a LOT. D looked rock solid with room to grow.

Interesting they used Guy, Butler and Shelton as DTs. As good as the D looked, the DL wasn't even great. The one sack by Wise was because coverage was so good it gave him a crazy amount of time. BTW Big Ben got fat, watching him run I was like OMG he's huge. Looks nothing like he did even a few years ago.
While Roberts likely made the team for leadership given he was made a Captain. Bentley only played 38% of snaps and even with Van Noy out, Roberts didn't play a snap on D.
I was super pumped Meyers got a nice catch, might be a while before he sees more playing time unless we go back to 2007 five WR were. Which I don't expect given the OL, espically with Cannon now going down.
You almost forget how good Burkhead is because he gets injured so much, but man did he look good running and catching the ball yesterday. Michel needs to work on running between the tackles. Just like last year he isn't great at that, but excells when you get him outside.

I'm putting down Bill O'Brien as first coach fired. I think the Texans are gonna be stuck with his bad decisions for years.
