Yes, clearly it is you, random fellow on the internet, who is correct about this take, and it is the coaches and front offices of Major League Baseball, the most highly qualified and highly motivated individuals on the planet, who are wrong. That is the only logical explanation. Please explain why every poster here Must always agree with Supreme Leader like he was infallible and everyone who expresses a different opinion can be insulted. George Orwell write a book about that. It was called 1984. You’re allowed to express a different opinion and I’m allowed to gently poke fun at it. Speaking of which, 1984 reference? Niiice.

This feels like a massive momentum shift. And now Nate is burned up a bit for his next start. I’m crushed. Laz Diaz, that was outrageous. Cannot believe how bad he hosed Evo. Momentum is a myth. Short memories win in October this is the 2nd time i have read this today and i think it's bunk. what the heck is happening right now ?!?!?

Another embarrassment to MLB. Having outcomes of multiple playoff games strongly influenced by incorrect umpire calls.
I don’t think robo umps is a faultless solution but it can’t be worse than this.

Manfred is a piece of dog crap and is by far the worst commissioner in sports. How does he allow such a moron umpire home plate in the playoffs is proof of his incompetence. I hope the upcoming work stoppage causes manfred to lose his job.

The problem is not building up a big enough advantage early. Our strength over the Astros is our starting pitching, the lineups are pretty equal, but their bullpen is way better. Graverman, Pressley, Stanek, Javier, even Maton are all plus relievers

That overhead view of the should-have-been strike 3… my lord. One of the most impactful bad ump calls to go against Boston I can remember. ^^

Sox have dominated this series but Astros have turned 3 350' pop ups and a horrible missed strike three call into a 2-2 series. Always better to be lucky than to be good

It’s funny how Joe Buck said that pitch was almost a strike. And they have just really not talked about it. It’s pretty clear to me it’s because it’s an embarrassment to the best sport in the world. This is an embarrassment to the MLB and they don’t want this discussed too loudly on air. I am livid. This is disgraceful. And the team is rattled by it. Playing very unfocused, like they are ghosts rn. You can tell. They are totally rattled by those calls. Idk if I can even blame them. This game just became a total nightmare on them in like 2 minutes time.
