Hawks announcers were even calling it a goal, the NHL can be such a farce sometimes
Glad the puck didn’t lie in the end and they got the well-earned 2 points. Fleury was great for Chicago

Seriously, no one wants to come up to me and start a convo about NHL refs right now.

Price seems high on Lindholm but he seems to be a target for Sweeney. 1st, a 3rd, and a top prospect. I'd consider that for a player with term but . . .

Studnicka getting an opportunity (showcase?) tonight on the Top line.
Obviously, it's happening bc PB is out and they'd like to keep the other lines as is but the chance is presenting itself.
Wouldn't shock me of he's gone by Monday afternoon.

The arrival of Trent Frederic is a sight for sore eyes

Brutal defense to start the 3rd and the 2nd period is wasted

Great recovery, hard fought victory. Love the hustle and willingness to pay the price from Taylor Hall

Hampus Lindholm to Boston.

Hampus Lindholm to Boston. 1st, two 2s and a player. Haven't heard who the player is yet. I'll take a guess it's Vaakanainen. Would be nice if they could move Reilly's salary. Even nicer if they get Lindhoilm signed to an extension.

Sounds like yes, Vaakanainen, but they are also taking John Moore and retaining salary, so the Bruins have cap space and their top prospects to make more moves.

To Ana: Urho Vaakanainen, John Moore, 2022 1st, 2023 2nd, 2024 2nd
To Bos: Hampus Lindholm (50% retained)
The moving of Moore and retention on Lindholm suggest to me they aren’t done
They’re also reportedly trying to hammer out an extension for Lindholm

Supposed interest in Max Domi. That doesn't excite me.

Supposed interest in Max Domi. That doesn't excite me. He’s an asshole but he’s talented I think the Bruins could use a little more of that "asshole" type, especially in the playoffs. They are usually liked when on your team and hated when a foe, just like Marchant. The good news I am assuming is that with the B's going all in with Lindholm means Bergeron's injury is not that bad or they wouldn't have given up 3 top picks. So with Lindholm and maybe one more move the B's could be a strong Cup contender. And how about a Krieji return..... I know he has to pass thru waivers but maybe they can do something to facilitate that like give a team a late rd pick in a trade. It would be like a free pick or Krieiji refuses to sign with them, that would be a win win and the B's would have their 2nd line center.

Another thing to keep in mind is he played the whole year in a league that's AHL caliber.
Assuming he can step in and be who he's always been isn't a lock.

NHL needs to limit contracts length, like the NBA.

NHL needs to limit contracts length, like the NBA. I thought it was 7 years? So should baseball.

Also, PB37 still not practicing but neither is Studnicka (after a strong game). Something brewing (your welcome for not saying something Bruin).

I guess he probably is moreso than Haula so it's probably am upgrade. Yeah he’s had a 70 point season not too long ago, he’s got good hands and will get up in your face. I kinda want him for the playoffs. If we run into the lightning for instance they’ll have Cirelli annoying the shit out of Bergeron. Well, that’s when we send Domi out there for him. He’s way more skilled than his dad but less honorable…but he’s still a Domi and will absolutely get in the other teams face. We need another a-hole He’s not my ideal target but I’d like it if they acquired him Krejci was always a pipe dream IMO. Maybe he comes over next year for cheap
