Celts lead the league with a record breaking offense and a great home record. And.... they're the second best team in Boston right now.

Celtics shook off some sluggish play - big third quarter has them up double digits

Big game from Blake Griffin (aside from the usual Tatum/Brown/Smart excellence) - nice night for Kornet too

I barely watched this. But good win. The C’s can beat this team anytime they want to.

That’s a game they lose last year—back to back on the road against a mentally and physically tough opponent. Great sign that they keep winning those sorts of games this year.

A look at the stats to see how Jayson and Jaylen compare to the other top scorers
Both seem to turn the ball over a lot - but...Jayson's 2.8 per game ave is less than the other top scoring guards - Jaylen's 3.1 is in line or slightly better too - just Booker (2.5) is better.
Jayson's FG percentage is 48 - Morant is a bit worse at 46.4, the others a bit better. Jaylen is at 50.4.
Jayson's 3 pt percent is 36.4, Jaylen 35 - Curry, Morant, Mitchell and Booker are higher.
We all expect a lot from our stars - and in comparison, they are delivering wonderfully.

There’s this point of view that the Celtics’ offensive success is built on unsustainably good three point shooting. That’s half true—I certainly don’t expect Horford, Brogdon, G. Williams, White and Hauser to all shoot well above 40% from three as they’ve done to date. But, at the same time, Tatum and Brown have slightly underperformed from three and I expect their percentages to tick up. They’ll definitely still regress as a team, but not as much as some of the critics suggest.

They also get an unusually high number of catch and shoot wide open threes so that’s going to boost percentages.

Malcolm Brogdon recently said that he’s still a top option but his body just can’t take top option minutes and has credited the Celtics and their training staff with getting him ready to play and feeling good. I wonder if there is some of this happening with Griffin too. Guys who are self aware and confident enough to take lessor roles because they can’t hold up to bigger ones is huge and could be a godsend for this team. Griffin looks pretty damn good and his ability to take 5 games off then step in and perform is huge.

Very enjoyable watch so far against the Suns - both O and D smooth in the first Q. Everyone playing well.

Jayson looks like he is gearing up for one of "those" games.
Kornet making nice contributions. Taking the momentum into the second quarter nicely. Playing good D still.
Grant and Brogdon going off too.
Suns not playing defense so much - Celtics shooters hot and saying "thank you"

Center position - Kornet and Griffin combined for 9-12 shooting, 3-4 three point shots, 13 boards, 0 turnovers, 21 points.

This team is incredible lol wow, Brad truly finished building the juggernaut Danny started.
Love to see it. Jayson and Jaylen both taking steps up surrounded by the right guards.

Between UConn and the Celtics I’m not sure if I’ve watched better basketball simultaneously from my two teams in my life. Absurd

Celtics are only to get better when buyout market starts. Players are going want to play for Celtics and try to win a championship. Should help rest player like Al Horford and Robert Williams.

5 points at the half - I'll take it. Got to find a way to slow Klay. Tatum not a great first half.

Ugh. Celts misses leading to easy GS buckets. Defensive lapses hurting.
Wheels coming off a bit in the 3rd
Not much from Grant or White so far
Tatum soft at the rim - missed at least 4 near layups.
