How tf is that a block? Officiating trash Eh looked like the right call to me. Have to be in position before the offensive player leaves his feet. Can't slide in there after they've gone up. Whole situation could have been avoided had Tatum gotten back on defense. |

I'm not sure why Derrick White is not in this game. Been bad tonight, I get it They're picking on Brogdon on defense. They can switch everything if White is out there. |

Can't blame Horford on that one. Sometimes they make shots. You can blame the defensive strategy, though. Mazzulla is an absolutely clueless basketball coach. |

Last night was nauseating. Tonight was nauseating. Something is missing on this team - as it was on last night's team
Tatum with 39 points and is a -4. Brogdon is a +16.

I do not want the ball in Tatum's hands in the last 2 minutes of games. He has no idea what to do - except whine to the refs and go soft to the basket. His act has gotten really old.

I don’t know why they slowed down the game like they were leading by 10, but I guess it was a tough call to ask them to win it all with a rookie and very young head coach. I really like Joe, but tonight was on him. Sure the Celtics lacked poise, but they lacked a plan more than anything. This is on Joe to keep the players from getting too stupid and he didn’t do it.

Yeah he doesn’t have them playing defense anywhere near to what Udoka had them playing last season. But to be fair, a lot of that is on the players too. Rob has lost some spring, Tatum looks slower and uninterested, even Smart isn’t doing his usual WTF plays. But Joe lacks a better plan here and some pulse to keep them engaged. That Looney Tunes play where Tobias Harris walked around to get clear of Horford was absolutely unbelievable, Udoka would never let that fly. Call timeouts and yell at people. |

Also Tucker clearly whacked Tatum in the nuts, something they only aired once. Went straight to commercial and upon the moment it came back to the broadcast we here the refs REFUSED to review it because it was so obvious it was intentional. It was so obvious that no-one origanally knew what had even happened. He should have been kicked out of the game and possibly suspended for a game or more. They glossed right over it. If some of you can over the whole conspiracy angle and look at it logically and yes they have a former ref they fired for his claims that they league before playoffs series sits the refs down to emphasis certain rules that helps one teams style of play over anothers. Its such a perfect system to cheat so much so you could not get caught, that you have to be very naive extremely naive not to think it's very very likely. And yes the Celts D was terrible, the 76'ers without Embid played very very well, but all of that can be true AND also claim that those 2 calls cost the team the game. That's a second hurdle most people need to get past. |
