That one shot by Horford ended up sealing the deal. Great game all game though, now do it again on Sunday and take no chances.

Team stats Celts outshot Sixers 44-40 percent, 96 percent FT shooting for us, won the rebound battle, assist battle, more steals, less turnovers, more fast break points, more points in the paint. Nice complete win.

Grant was great, finally! He had good minutes against Embiid and came back from being stomped on! Definitely wore Joel down a ton.
Tatum looked All NBA in the tail end of the 4th! Now when are we gonna see him drop 50 and own a game?

The strategy on guarding Embid . Is this the same like Giannis. They both get there points but wear them out. No one else beats u.

Grant is annoying as **** sometimes but that dude is tough as hell. He gets curb stomped by a 300-lb man, only misses a minute of game time, comes back in and pretty much shuts him down the rest of the game. I think they found something with him guarding Embiid. He can't shut Embiid down, but no one can, and Grant makes him work for every bucket.

Embiid started shooting jumpers and I called game at that point That’s how you know you got him I felt it was probably over when half way thru the 3rd Embiid was so tired he couldn’t make it up and down the court. The Sixers called a time out and then left him in the game. After the game Doc said they didn’t get it to him enough!!! Let’s hope he’s too ignorant to make an adjustment on Ebiids usage. No one in the league, let alone a 7 foot 300lb man can get ridden on both ends for 40+ minutes. If the Sixers stepped back and said Joel, you focus on defense and rebounding for the first half and they let Harden and Maxey run the show offensively, then let Embiid cook at the end, they may win a chip. But if they keep riding Embiid start to finish they won’t win this round. |

Really want them to finish this in 5 with the way the Heat are playing. Would love a win today, keep the intensity up and its there for the taking especially with Harden and Embiid on 1.5 days rest.

Agree with the 1st point. On the second, not sure we can count on "Spry Al" today with short rest. Hopefully his shots go to someone else. |

Weird game. Celts just not in sync, no flow on offense, impacting defense. Not playing fast, so not impacting Harden.
