It's clear that Tatum is way too inconsistent to be a superstar.
Literally every bad habit coming out - no leadership, Jaylen dribbling nowhere, no intensity on defense or rebounding, can't hit freethrows.
They deserve to lose this game. Just disgusting in a must win at home.

One of the 3 announcers is so pro-Philly with his hyperbole etc it's obnoxious. Do you ever have anything to say about the game, or is it just refs or announcers? I thought you were told to knock it off? I'm offering something other than how terrible they are and whining about it. and then when the team comes back claims it worked as if the team is reading this board during the game. Philly is likely to blow their shot in the first quarter. Seeing the overall scoring and how when we won we won handily and the Sixers scraped out 2 (ahem) games. So far I think we clearly are the better team. I don't expect to see any outside agendas other than at most one more game in the series. I record all the games and often start them late so I can fast forward thru commercials so that effects sharing in game commentary. |

And you are asking me about my age?. There is a very good chance I'm older than you. I used to work on an Army base in Watertown as a kid and the facilites guy working there allways whined all the time about the Sox. Sound familar? I told them I'd rather be wrong a thousand times and have my heart broke each time, than miss the ride when they win because I was bitching all the time about how terrible they are. That shut them up. In real life that'd likely work here too but behind keyboards I know it won't. |

All you can say is it's not a double digit lead. Out rebounded, outworked, not shooting well. Philly fouling us and Embiid taking threes is keeping the game close.

There will be major changes to this roster if they don’t get past Philly. The talent discrepancy between these two teams is immense. This could be the most important half of basketball that Smart, Tatum and Brown have played, and it is absolutely the most important half that Mazzulla has coached.
I bet they respond and win big tonight, because this team lives to drive us nuts.

Yeah I’ve noticed how unengaged the Celtics have looked in the play-offs, there are rare occasions where anyone look like they give a sh*t. They’re clearly pressing and not having fun. Mazz did a good job keeping the vibes up early in the season, but now everyone hates it here (considering the body language). |

Horrible effort from the opening jump in a nearly must-win game.
That’s the sign of the team that’s poorly coached and has zero leadership. Their stars have no killer instinct, and their point guard thinks he’s a star when he’s a glorified role player.
Just a failure of a team from top to bottom.
