Ian Mitchell waived. Some talk that Lohrei is getting the call.
Also, Bs signed Jackson Edwards but he'll stay in juniors this year.

According to @bruinscapspace, if they bring up Lohrei, they'll have just under 1.2m to sign Heinen.
Edit - this is because they also sent Brown down (or waived him, I suppose).

So Brown has already been called back so it looks like they were just trying to accrue a little space between games.
Also, Mitchell still skating with the team and, now, so is Boqvist.
Mitchell could also be just an accrual thing.

But I watched both his games and he looked terrible. Lots of icings, turnovers, nothing really positive. Don't know if he needs more seasoning and development or if the preseason didn't mean anything, but he really didn't belong for those two games.

Zacha has generally been strong this year but he just had the worst shift I’ve seen somebody have maybe ever. 3 failed clears that led to a goal
Really rough final couple minutes so far, if they keep this up it will be tied

Saw that coming a mile away, disgusting effort. Tie game. Reminded me too much of the playoffs

That is an awful loss, disgusting effort in the final 5 and OT.

Coyle and Zacha both whiffed on easy clears during the PP, leading to the 2nd goal. All downhill from there.
Not to single those guys out, who play hard and are good players, but that was really where the game got away from them.
They should feel bad after that L. No excuse to let a game get away from you like that.

Inevitable to have games like this. Must learn something from them, though.

Yeah that loss should be humbling, I expect them to be buzzing around tomorrow
Will be interesting to see how they respond. I think Marchand will have them fired up

They still got a point, and it happened to a team out west so it won't hurt them in playoff seedings. If they respond well to it, then it'll be water under the bridge.
If they slump coming off it, that will be a problem.

Great response game against a pretty good red wings team

Gotta lock Sway up for awhile. Not only is he really talented, he seems to be a thoughtful human being. Kind of guy you want repping the org for awhile

“THROW THE CAT OFF THE CLIFF” - jack
What a win, hell of a snipe Zacha. Heinen officially signed today and looked good, was just on the ice in OT for that goal
McAvoy gonna get suspended for a pretty blatant headshot away from the puck

By far the most impressive game so far. Even at 7-0-1, I didn't feel like we'd seen that much from them, except for the goaltending. Solid, unspectacular, weak competition, Gs bailing them out.
But this was top-tier team. Down 2-0. Graz Grzelcyk goes down, 5 minute major, down to 4 Ds. They pull it off.
Really something.

Poitras was apparently told he’s staying, not that it’s a surprise considering he’s probably like their 5th or 6th best forward at worst
Ullmark was amazing on that major kill

Yeah, I was sure he'd stay. He's been good, but not tonight. Ullmark had weird night. First goal was pretty soft and he got lucky a few times when he was out of position (or leaving the net to fling the puck to the other team- Yeesh) but stopped a lot of shots, had a bunch of really good saves and as you said was use on that PK.

I could watch neither the Bs or Cs, so listened to the Cs and watched the Bs on Gamecast until the Cs were done. It was a good night for fans of both teams, for sure.

I am a little on the fence about Lindholm. But that was a really strong game from him.

Took one of their key guys out at least but I feel for Bennett
