Wilyer over Refsnyder here? Is that indicative of a growing leash vs LHP for Wilyer?

Singer's line:
5.2 IP, 10 H, 4 ER, 1 BB, 6 K
Not one bit surprising. Now let's see if we can hold it.

Shoulda been Ref there.

Duran went into the game creeping up on Gunnar in WAR - 6.4 vs 6.8. That huge hit won't hurt!

Wilyer over Refsnyder here? Is that indicative of a growing leash vs LHP for Wilyer? A little bit of that and also that KC’s relievers are righties. Probably reluctant to go to Rob unless you really have to

Gonna be tough to overtake Judge. Here is hoping though.

Paxton has looked totally serviceable tonight. He doesn’t have the gas anymore, but he has come up big in a big game.

One thing going a bit under the radar. Sogard looks like he belongs. This should let Grissom spend all the time he needs at Woo to get his mojo back.

Paxton has looked totally serviceable tonight. He doesn’t have the gas anymore, but he has come up big in a big game. Starting to reach back for 94 now knowing it’s probably his last guy

Great 6 innings from Big Maple. Just what the team needed.

Paxton has looked totally serviceable tonight. He doesn’t have the gas anymore, but he has come up big in a big game. He has pitched better than his line in both starts so far. Tonight, he’s a Bobby Witt IBB & a successful PFP away from 6 shutout.

Somewhere there is a Red Sox who just recovered from a 12 month coma who is watching this and thinking, “Ah, Paxton is pitching well again. It’s a good thing they re-signed him in the off-season”

Wilyer over Refsnyder here? Is that indicative of a growing leash vs LHP for Wilyer? I imagine if Duran walked it would’ve been Ref. Probably trying to avoid ONeil today so save Ref for a bigger spot

Pax has been rock solid tonight. Major performance given the stakes of this series.

Let Paxton face the lefty to start the 7th He hit a bomb off of him last time he was up. It would have been a homer at 28/30 parks. I’d just be happy with what they got from Paxton personally
