Thinking career, not start of career. I don't think Whitlock has a pitch that equals Houck's slider. As Palmer put it, lefties aren't going to be able to sit on the cutter because the slider is too good. I'm a sucker for changeups and Whitlock's a masterpiece, so I'm VERY biased here. |

My money is on Houck having a better career than Whitlock but not as good as Bello. I really don't see it, Houck serves up some delicious Barry Zito cheese from time to time. When Whitlock gets hit it feels like good hitting, but Houck just loses his stuff out of the blue. |

This team should have won it all last year and they should have won it all in 2020. Last season could have gone either way, but I definitely don't think they would have beaten the Lakers in 2020. |

I’m not sure many here are blind to the ails of the roster, I just think most of us are mature enough not to have constant hissy fits about it. What are you talking about? And I keep what I said: I think this roster is ass, they're probably dead last in the division in talent alone and the FO has been doing a very poor job. Maybe they'll surprise me and pull together a playoff season. I don't see it. Why do you think I need to convince you of shit? Wait until the season is over. If the record is poor and they finish 5th, then I'm right. If they're actually good and they're in the post-season, you were right. I'm a fan either way and being in sheer awe of a line-up featuring Adam Duvall batting 5th does not make you more of a fan than me lol. Point is, I think the roster is ass. The pitchers are nothing to write home about and the the line-up is filled with question marks. The dude talking about the spectrum can miss me with this tribalistic nonsense. |

Fans already booing in March lol. I hope this team doesn’t get off to a bad start because the media and fans are subconsciously rooting for this team/FO to fail. This roster is ass friend. I don’t understand why there’s some BLIND OPTIMISM among certain Red Sox fans, but it’s understandable to be frustrated. It’s like almost any criticism gets treated like hysteria. The current FO fans are like a cult. |

I'm passing on Jackson. I think he's a terrific player and one of the best QBs in the league overall, but I just don't trust his health. He's a bit more brittle than absolute tanks like Hurts or Allen who can endure the abuse and Jackson invites too much contact.

I hope the Spurs get Wemby, they need him Absolutely, it would be the best option for him as well. Out of all the really terrible teams, the Spurs are BY FAR the best one at drafting and evaluating talent and you just can't deny the winning culture. |

Kyrie has to be the only scrub on defense. Luka is also a bad defender. Weird fit getting a black hole/subpar defender to pair with Luka Doncic. Yeah, they don't make too much sense next to each other and to expand on what cdj said, the trade really finished depleting an already poor roster. Don't forget that Christian Wood is also part of that "big 3" and Wood is also an absolutely atrocious defender. |

Adding Kyrie to the Mavs have now made them a worse team. Seems he really can't play anywhere and make the team better. Kyrie has been good though, that roster is complete ass and they should feel bad for wasting Luka like that. |

Derrick White is BALLING, he has to be PG-1 in this team and Marcus Smart is my favorite basketball player of all time. White has simply been that good.

I can't wait for the Aaron Rodgers self-immolation in New York. jmei you're a wiser man than me, why the heck would the Packers even trade him to the Jets? He doesn't have a no-trade clause and he's under contract. I wouldn't do it just out of spite. He's been VERY PUBLICLY an a**hole about so many things, I'd trade him to Washington for a 7th or just flat out sit him. EDIT: I mean he just called him THE greatest Green Bay Packer of all time and he has won as many NFC Championship games as Tom Brady. |

Some Patriot types I like, quality players who won't break the bank. WR Richie James, 49ers used him more as a deep threat, Giants used him as a chain mover. Not a lot to go after on WR market. Impressive amount of 1D. LB True Tranquil- he faster than anything we have and does a little bit of everything. CB Rock Ya-Sin- a man cover CB with size CB/S- Julian Love- Bill would love his versatility, unreal tackler for a DB DT Daniel Ekuale- resign one of our own, I thought he was very good as a backup pass rusher at DT YES on Tranquil and Love, hard pass on Ya-Sin and Richie James. |
