Not even sure I'd look at the dude right now. Treat him like a pitcher with a perfect game after 7, haha. (Mostly joking, if that wasn't clear)

11 K's for Porcello tonight — who had that on their list of pre-game predictions?

So did I blackout or did Jerry Remy and Don Orsillo say they don't know if hip hop has been around for 20 years? I don't expect them to listen to it, but good lord how did they miss its existence for DECADES.

Swihart is still very much an unfinished product at the plate, but he has consistently displayed an ability to catch up to high 90s heat.

shouldve been more aggressive there, like holt and swihart.

shouldve been more aggressive there, like holt and swihart. When you're looking for 99, an 82 mph curve is absolutely impossible to hit. Betances is unhittable if he's throwing strikes like that.

Lots of people suggested a DL trip for Rick Porcello earlier. Early results on the return are promising.

An even better question: why is Sandoval batting second? He's not exactly an OBP machine.

Great, a 320 foot home run Would've been an upper decker in his home ballpark.

Great, a 320 foot home run Would've been an upper decker in his home ballpark. Yeah, about as impressive as Bucky Dent.

Outside of A-Rod, there is no Yankee I dislike more than Gardner.

So, does Porcello throw a CG shutout if not for Shaw's error? I certainly believe so, he was filthy tonight.

Would've been an upper decker in his home ballpark. Yeah, about as impressive as Bucky Dent. Just to be clear I was sharing in your dismay. While throwing a dig at Yankee Stadium. I hope the Sox can muster a few runs, this would be as bad a tough luck loss as I can remember for a long time.

Absolutely without a doubt, safe. F you.
MLB wants the Yankees in the playoffs as I've suspected all year because of their tiny strike zone for the hitters.

Well that was quite the momentum swing. Sigh.

Love to see what angle they had as definitive proof.
ADD: my bad, didn't see the beginning of the play, didn't realize the initial call was an out call. What a douche call, and then the way the ump peered over Mookie was very bush league.

I doubt Mookies foot ever came off the base and if it did, he was definitely pushed off. Horse**** call.

Why would you make that call with David ortiz at the plate?

Why would you make that call with David ortiz at the plate? Are you talking about the steal or the umps?
