If you're wondering what that sound has been it's me grinding my teeth.

This might be John Farrell's last game as manager. Vintage Farrell

Our only hope is if Taz hits it right at someone.

This might be John Farrell's last game as manager. You can't get that out of your head, can you? John Farrell is managing this team at least until the season is over. Sorry, but that's the way it's going to be.

Since the trade, Abad has faced 30 right-handed batters and 16 lefties. The lefties are 2 for 15 with a walk. It's almost like... and this is crazy, but hear me out... he should be deployed strategically, so as to face left-handed batters at a disproportionately high rate.

Not to mention that Kimbrel was basically wasted last night in a non-essential role.

Why did Farrell leave him there too long? Evergreen.

is Grady Little available? At least for some advisory role.
I don't watch. Train wrecks are not interesting to me.

John Farrell is a very, very, very bad manager and that was completely predictable. I don't care if that's the only out Kimbrel gets, he needs to be in the game there. You're better off using Tazawa for the save.

I can only imagine what horrible things would have happened to Kimbrel if he threw 5 extra pitches with an off day tomorrow. That was close!

Maybe Kimbrel has the flu.

I've genuinely never seen such poor bullpen management. That would have been an obvious move for Grady Little.

4 consecutive fastballs, last one dead center. Then throws an awesome split finger to the next batter.
