I like it, seems like Farrell learned a couple lessons in the Minnesota game: 1- You cant trust Barnes. 2- Cant wait for a save situation that might never come to use Kimbrel. And bringing in Kimbrel in the 8th leads to 10 run 9th innings for the Red Sox.

I want to congratulate Marrero for being so bad that I want a bunt right now for the first time in 10 years.

It can't be a fun experience to hit against Kimbrel. Wow.

Fantastic performances by Rodriguez and Kimbrel. And Mookie Betts covers for many others' sins. I'm starting to become empathetic with Angels fans

About time.
Everything I said earlier - still applies.
Kimbrel is fun to watch so there's that. When he's healthy he IS elite. Not all relievers or closers dominate the way he has. In fact just a small handful do. These guys have no chance against him right now. That's the way he pitched when he was with the Braves. When the Sox do have a lead and Kimbrel in the game you have to feel like it's over. That IS one thing I like about the 2017 Red Sox. If Kimbrel wasn't doing what he was doing the Sox would probably be under .500.

Stars and scrubs ftw! Mookie, Sale and Kimbrel are just amazing. Kendrick and Marrero are also amazing in their own ways.

Kimbrel is so dominant right now that it can't be understated.
Updated after today's game: 55.4% K-rate 3.6% BB-rate
51.8% K-BB%
51.8% would be an all-time record by far, breaking his own record of 44.2% set in 2012. Obviously a long way to go.

His command has improved so much, which is kinda weird and unexpected.

And more important than his unquestioned dominance, is he's now dominating in non rocking-chair situations. Chapeau

His command has improved so much, which is kinda weird and unexpected. TWO walks all year, both in his 3rd appearance of the season, more than a month ago.
