My only complaint? No Eck. Takes half the fun out of it.

I tuned in after the intro - who is with O'Brien tonight? Can't recognize the voice
Never mind - he just intro-d him..Mike Timlin. Nice memory of a bullpen past.

This umps strikezone is all over the map. He literally called a strike to a ball 2 inches below the zone to Hanley, yet he hasn't given Sale the outside corner to RHB.

Sale is putting on yet another pitching clinic. Filthy, efficient, amazing.

When the Sox hitters go the other way, it is a thing of beauty....nice when they remember how effective it can be.

I love Benny, but I'd also love to see him be a bit more patient. He must lead the team in first-pitch outs.

Lol the Angels didn't score on that?
The Angels catcher is as slow as molasses.

Imagine being a Angels fan at this game. You must feel like you have no shot to win this game.

Sale gets strikeout number 200 on his latest great outing tonight. He was worth every dime.

Sale gets strikeout number 200 on his latest great outing tonight. He was worth every dime. Amen brother! Amazing how all three of his pitches come from almost the same release point. It must be hard for hitters. Hitters have to sit on fastballs and hope they are right and can barrel it up.

So I just recently started watching NESN games and I have a question. Why, on god's green earth, do they think I would ever want to watch the announcers talking to each other in the booth? As opposed to, you know, the baseball game? Two middle aged guys in bad shirts against an ugly backdrop - who is the demographic this visual appeals to?

Well because Guerin isn't there (apparently on the DL).
So great to come home to an easy game after all these tight 4 hour marathons. Sale deserved to breeze.

Would like to stay away from Kimbrel. Hopefully Kyle Martin can only keep it to a 5 run game.

Got to be one of the few low-drama games of this season. Between the early runs and Sales sailing, pretty comfy watching.

I should have said this the other day....but congrats to Kyle Martin who is the first (and possibly last) 2013 Red Sox draftee to reach the majors as a member of our club. Asuaje has reached with the Padres. .
