How in the hell is Citi Field considered neutral for the Yankees away game vs. Tampa?! I don't get it either. I heard one reason why they just didn't flip-flop Series and play at NYY was because ther is an event(don't know which night it was) at Yankee Stadium. But, what do we think with the way MLB handled the NYY suspensions? Way to string some hits together here!! They should be at some truly neutral location like Cincinnati or whatever.

Oh yeah. Not only nice to see Mookie with a 2-out 2-run RBI, but also nice to see him go the other way.

Good to see Mookie with some authoritative contact to opposite field.

I think that might be the furthest ball that Mookie has hit to the opposite field in his career. He's gonna have to prove he can do that to be the guy we saw last year.

Tampa Bay plays 162 road games a season anyway. Well the Yankees get three more home games and sleep in their own beds. counting the 2 games they already played against the Mets that is 5 "away" games. That is 86 - 76 games they sleep in their bed for the year. It is sick.

I really like the way Sam Travis plays the first base position, he's gotten pretty good over there in the limited time I've seen him.

I really like the way Sam Travis plays the first base position, he's gotten pretty good over there in the limited time I've seen him. I'm kind of shocked by what I've seen. Last time I saw him he appeared marginal at best defensively. The scoop he made a few days ago was excellent, Moreland doesn't make that. ERod with 78 pitches through 4.

It is more fun watching paint dry that ERod pitch. I am sorry, he is too slow and his confidence doesn't match his stuff.

That homerun marks the second 20/20 season for Mookie in his career.
Next up, Benintendi.

I'm listening to Rob Bradord talk about how he thinks the schedule for next season is "whacky."
Apparently he had no idea that this was put in place in the CBA over the winter with the extra day's off in the middle of the season and that's why the season starts so early from now on.
Bradford really makes me roll my eyes sometimes.

Ed has been brilliant, sheesh. Way too many pitches. When you're up 6, just throw strikes and let them hit the ball. Joe West has also been generous for a change.

Cowboy Joe's strike zone seems very kind tonight. I think ERod has obviously pitched well tonight, but I am not seeing it like some of you guys. That's OK, I just want the win.
