I like the picks, hopefully both kids have good heads on their shoulders and will get the most they can out of their talent.

Liberatore makes a lot of sense for the Rays. They have 3 extra picks at #31, #32 and #71. I think he's gonna be pretty damn good. Another terrific arm for the Rays. Guess karma owed them for spring training. Terrific pick and great call on the financial aspect...def makes it easy for them, low-risk. And they actually lost Anthony Banda to TJ yesterday. They've had awful luck with pitcher injuries this year.

The system is so bad I'm tempted to put Casas at #1.

Casas a strong second.
Probably 11-17 range for Decker.

I like Casas 2nd behind Chavis and Decker likely in the early teens. Pretty much echoing what James said.

I would essentially have Casas on the same murky tier as Houck, Mata, and Beeks(!). So honestly, I'm fine with anything from 2-5. If he comes into the GCL and immediately looks like an OPS machine, I have no problem putting him at the front of that tier (i.e., #2). Further echoing Dunne and Costigan, early teens seems spot on for Decker.
