shades of Farrell leaving in a pitcher an inning two long these last few games... This, exactly.

I was more comfortable with him than with Brasier, the way Bradier’s pitched lately. Offense squandering opportunities was the problem tonight.

Offense squandering opportunities was the problem tonight. I agree with the offense being the problem but I also think Cora doesn't have confidence in the bullpen so he's been trying to stretch the starters. The long stretch of games coming up will be interesting with the bullpen.

Vazquez is uncanny with letting balls getting by him to let runner's advance. Again.

Offense squandering opportunities was the problem tonight. I agree on Brasier being shaky now, but you could have also gone to Workman or Walden, both who I probably prefer over a Porcello who was cruising but had already got you to the 8th inning and wasn't missing bats

Brasier looks awful. Even his body language.

Astros playing a clean game...some wicked pitching making our hitters look bad. They are sharper than we are at the moment.

Hard to believe this guy was once ours. yea i know. though i had to look up his numbers while he was in our system and they were pretty mediocre at the time;not sure anyone could see this coming. he didn't become really dominant until last year.

Ryan Pressly is warming for the Astros, he hasn't given up a run in 37 innings, 38. He's close to breaking a MLB record.

Astros turn pitchers into gold. Morton, Cole, Rondon, Pressly.

the problem with Chavis' swing is that you don't have to actually throw it that high to get the swing and miss. just slightly higher than middle and his swing path doesn't work

Not Cora's finest decision making in this game. Poor hitting with men on base. And...please...get Nunez outtahere
