Crap but if it had to happen, I'm glad it was Osuna.

Unreal.
If the Yankees win this series, it is a nightmare.

I knew I didn't trust that F'ng Osuna. It would be poetic justice if that other POS gave up the GW HR to the Astros in the last of the 9th.
Damn it! The Astros had their chance and blew it!!!

The only thing that could make Osuna blowing the lead even better is Chapman blowing the season.

You just can't ever feel bad about Osuna failing like the piece of shit he is. Now watching the same thing happening to Chapman with the added bonus of leaving him with the same Lebron James made when he caught his mom all over Celtics legend Delonte West. Priceless. Life's so good.

The 2010s are the first decade in a century that the Yankees didn't make it to the World Series.

Did I ever mention that Jose Altuve is my favorite non-Red Sox player???!!
What poetic justice. Two lousy human being closers who were hold your nose pickups by their teams blew their games in spectacular fashion.
I love it. In a decade where the Yankees had the best winning pct in baseball (.569), we get a Championship free decade in which the Yankees won nothing.
In contrast to the Red Sox who had a .538 winning pct% and finished dead last 3 times, had the biggest Sept choke in history and one of the lamest title defenses, the Red Sox had the much better decade winning two championships.
In the end, the Yankees fans probably have it right, the rings do trump everything else, so this decade: Red Sox 2, Yankees 0. Love it!!!
Now I can totally enjoy the World Series and root for 7 games of excitement. I'm cool if the Astros win, but I'd like to see the Nats (former Expos) win it for their first time.
Meanwhile, I think the HOF plaque for Jose Altuve can be chiseled. I thought he was a sure fire HOFer before today, but now he really has a signature moment to add to his profile.
As a short guy, I think Altuve is awesome!!!

I get not wanting to put the winning run ins scoring position, but pitching around or flat out walking Altuve should have been a no-brainer.

Osuna and Chapman both blowing it, Altuve winning it? That's the good stuff.

That series winning HR exemplifies modern baseball completely.
A strong little guy totally dug in and reaching across the plate to pull a high OUTSIDE fastball to left center for the series winning home run.
Somewhere in the great beyond, Sal Maglie is turning over in his grave.
