Godman's best yr as a Freshman. Was 92-94 this fall, slider showed tilt on the Cape, and the Sooners were expecting big things from him, but he didn't have a great year. Too many walks. Real good athlete though, and someone I'm sure they saw some of last yr with Olds.

Rangers took CT Prep RH and Stanford commit Matt Scott. Stanford commit was prob the best prospect in New England this year.

I can't believe this used to be 40 rounds And the scouting directors had to walk to school and home, uphill both ways, in the wind and rain. Back in those days, we were real men...or something...

Do the Blue Jays not have a 20th round pick, or is that just an error? What kind of free agent do you need to sign to lose that lol

So that's 12 college pitchers, 1 JuCo pitcher, 1 college position player, and seven HS position players.
Now only one HS arm taken in the past 45 picks.

Rangers take MA (Medfield) HS IF Jack Goodman, Pepperdine commit, likely headed there. Kid really focused during the pandemic to get a D1 schollie and sort of exploded from there potential 4 plus tools. Hitting well in the Futures League right now too as a HS sr. I bet Pepperdine doesn't lose a lot of commitments from the NE that get popped in the 15th round...
