Red Sox v. Sanchez: Ellsbury CF, Victorino RF, Pedroia 2B, Ortiz DH, Napoli 1B, Gomes LF, Drew SS, Bogaerts 3B, Ross C. Sounds like runs to me.

Alright, get the fielding "yips" out of the systems, maybe figure out how to hit a breaking ball again, let the Tigers score 20 if need be for the rest of this game I guess. They need to just purge the awfulness out of their collective systems.

FOLKS, POSTS WITH PROFANITY FROM HERE ON OUT ARE GOING TO JUST GET DELETED OUTRIGHT. WE RELAX THE POSTING GUIDELINES BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WITH THE GRATUITOUS PROFANITY. (CAPS USED TO STAND OUT, NOT TO SHOW YELLING, FYI) I'm sorry, man. Will not happen again, just getting a little heated. This game hasn't gone well, but I'm optimistic overall. I don't know why, but I am. As long as they avoid Verlander (in a good way), I'll feel confident.

Watching them strike out over and over again is tiresome.

The perfect storm. First, they can't score at least one run after a lead off double. Second, Peavy loads the bases and actually walks in a run during the ALCS. Next, Pedroia can't turn a clean double play. Finally, Peavy continues to suck.
Please, please hang +4 runs on Fister this inning.
Sincerely,
Every Sox fan that just watched that disgusting excuse for an inning.

I'm dead serious-- Felix Doubront and Ryan Dempster need to be warming. I agree, this is pathetic.

What an unbelievable game. Who would've thought we'd win a 1-0 game on the road against the Tigers? Lackey, Breslow, Taz and Koji... thats the magic formula! What a perfect time get your first 1-0 win during a season! Amazing. If someone would have told me a year ago that John Lackey, Mike Napoli, and Koji Uehara would carry the Red Sox to 1-0 victory in the ALCS, I would have laughed.

Alright, let's try a bunt at Cabrera. It can't hurt, it really can't at this point.

Nasty play by Pedroia.
Such range. Wow. Golden. I'll take that, thanks.
