I remember Trot Nixon very well. I also remember successor in number and position (JD Drew). Victorino has been better defensively, in my opinion. Victorino > Drew > Nixon It's a lot of fun getting into arguments with pink hats who think Nixon was a better defender than J.D. Drew. "His jersey was always dirty!!!!"

Rogers' curve is making everybody look bad. Including Arrencibia on Ellsbury's K on his first AB.

What an idiotic decision by Victorino to try to throw Davis out at third. Moron.

That was a really, really dumb play by Victorino.

Sickest home run ever.
Lester's play was worse than Victorino's IMHO.

O's just got swept in Arizona. Tough to win on the road. We want to win the division of course. But, keeping an eye on that 2nd wild card team. 6 1/2 ahead of Baltimore right now.

Sickest home run ever. Lester's play was worse than Victorino's IMHO. Come on, Lester just made a bad throw, but he had to rush it. Victorino had zero chance of throwing out Davis there and was just being foolishly aggressive.

Of course not. But I think its a bit worrying our offense has been shut down by some mediocre pitchers lately. This Napoli thing needs to be fixed soon.

Seriously? The second-best offense in the league is down two runs in the fifth inning.

Seattle is ahead of TB 4-1 middle 5th. Have Price's pitch count up to 81. Let's get those bats heated up and stretch this lead out some more

This team is nothing without The Big Papi. I love how everybody. Well, not everybody. But, guys like Steve Buckley and the talk-show hosts rip the Sox contracts the Sox sign Ortiz to, and he just keeps producing. Buckley will be bitching and moanin about him not getting out of the box last night for 3 years. Not kidding.
