Clay's curveball is looking nasty so far. Also throwing inside to Mookie is just a terrible idea.

Anyone else having trouble with MLB app audio? I'm not getting and ads, and consequently missing bits of the broadcast as well.
That said, hard to be too unhappy so far. Keep it up boys.

Jeez, Buchholz got robbed again.
My god, that chageup that got Utley looked like a Koji splitter.

Buchholz' career batting average has dropped from .400 to .286 ... and I dare say it may drop even further today.

Well at least now, they don't have to agonize over Buchholz' pitch count if he was still pitching a no-no. Don't really want to be going to 125+ in first start.
Oh hell yeah. Is the Pedey we remember back?

Well I'd say Pedroia feels good

This is the guy we're supposed to trade for? I mean seriously, he gives up 7.71 HR/9.

Who called 4 HR today? Cannot wait for the Cafardo/CHB articles tomorrow.

Based on my expert mathematical skills, Pedroia should hit at least 324 homeruns this year. Anything less is a disappointing season.
What's a sample size?

Sandoval's right handed swing is comically ugly For sure. I really hope it doesn't take 3 months for Farrell to start batting Napoli in front of him vs lefties. Every other RHH has a case to be ahead of him vs. LHP as well.

Pedroia and Hanley hitting nearly back to back homers, oh boy how I waited for this.

The team BABIP is terrible! It's more HR/FB% that we should be mocking. The BABIP isn't too crazy.

Mookie is here, the "laser show" is back and I am positively giddy today! Can't wait to take my father and eldest son to their first Fenway game together on Labor Day. Will be fun to be there when they clinch the AL East

I hope Buchholz made an "He's the ace" shirt for Hamels too.

It was 50-50 on Victorino smashing into a million pieces on that flyball against the wall.
Seriously great catch though.

The team BABIP is terrible! I think you meant to point out that we are batting .000 with RISP.

WTH, Buchholz should be 3-3 with a groundball up the middle, an infield hit and a blooper to left.

With Napoli our lineup would be borderline unfair.

With Napoli our lineup would be borderline unfair. Only in today's baseball. Remember when Kevin Millar was OPSing .850 as our 6th best hitter (something like that)?
