Have yourself an afternoon JBJ Have yourself a week. Haven't looked around the league to know, but he might have AL Player of the Week honors all wrapped up. Unreal. Keep it up JBJ.

Who was it that said earlier that "They were going to win today" ... I don't even think Breslow could screw this one up now!

At this rate, the Sox seem trying to eliminate their negative run differential this weekend.

And the umpiring has become sooo much better as well, haven't heard any ball and strike complaints for at least the past 15 innings

Yes sir, JBJ.
Add: Well he's certainly increased his trade value. Everybody up for trading him?

I think someone hypnotized JBJ into thinking he is still at spring training 2013

If they threw JBJ an asprin right now he'd hit it into a bottle of Aleve.

Amazing what happens when you let a talented player play.

Let's just say, if JBJ keeps this up, all the teams that declined trades for him at the deadline are going to regret it.
JBJ would be a star if he hit for a line of .241/.333/.456 year in and year out.

Amazing what happens when you let a talented player play. He may finally have moved past his "getting jerked around" phase.

Key to the season: finally fixing their RISP numbers.

Heck, if we score this many runs a game from here on out we will make the playoffs.

Guys, this season is a blessing in disguise. Had the veterans performed to expectations, we would not have gotten the chance to see JBJ, Castillo, Shaw, Owens, and Rodriguez develop before our eyes. This is better in the long run. And a high draft pick is only the cherry on top. Now the veterans can go ahead and perform to their norms.
