Kyrie carried the Celtics last night, again. Anyone know if Hayward will make a comeback with 10 or less games left in the season. We are almost halfway to that point now. How would anyone know this? But if I am guessing... Hayward isn’t walking thru that door.

This second unit is just not very good. I know they’re trying to establish Monroe, but how bout continuing to run offense? The standing around on offense is annoying.

Under the heading of I know, I know....
Yabusele had 23 pts and 16 rebounds for the Claws.

As Celtic fans I understand falling in love with our own young stars like Brown and Tatum but I would give them both up for the Brow and it would probably take more than that. He is a beast!!

Funny how quickly things change now that Tatum has slowed down a bit. The first problem with this is it is impossible to trade just Brown and Tatum for the Brow so you’d need to include a lot more salary. The least painful way to do that is probably resigning and including Smart as part of that deal. So now it’s at a minimum Smart - Brown and Tatum for Davis but draft picks will likely also be involved... Davis is awesome no doubt but I think trading both those guys plus is too steep a price. He’s not getting dealt this offseason anyways so we get another half season or season to see these kids develop more and view this team with Hayward which may change minds.

Yeah, take your chances with Tatum and Brown. They are only 19 and 21. You need them in the future.
You make a move for Anthony Davis, that's the only major move you have for the next decade plus.
I have a feeling that Danny Ainge will go big eventually and trade for Davis. It's what he does.

I was really just paying homage to how good AD is, probably top 5 player for the next 6,7 years.

Kyrie with 34 points in 24 minutes. Stevens has done a great job managing the minutes after the ASB. Yeah those were some easy games, but nonetheless the team has looked fine and they have earned the prolonged rest. Feeling pretty good about the team right now.

Ticked that I completely forgot that there was a game on tonight. Glad I only missed the Hornets, meaning that I probably didn't miss much.

Hornets have been playing well lately, they won 5 in a row prior to this game. This was the second night of a back to back for them though so yeah not a gigantic challenge. But it was an easy win and easy wins at this point are always awesome.

The Celtics have already teased us with the thought of Hayward coming back. Now he's walking around just fine. He basically has another month, if he can comeback.

Just like I thought the Cavs have come back to earth. LeBron is playing about as good as he can and yet they are struggling. Trading Thomas for a bunch of good role players looks like a mistake, because Thomas is back. He carried the Lakers last night, it was vintage Thomas. The fact that they added a first plus Thomas for Nance and Clarkson is shocking. That only made sense if Thomas was washed up and he's certainly not. Can you say crappy coach?

Honestly, Coach Lue is a moron and the Cavs traded for a lot of bench players for terrible teams. That's not a winning recipe. Sure they looked good early on, but now teams know how this new Cavs team plays and the jig is up and they're back to being terrible. This might be a bit unpopular and might make me sound like a homer, but I think people really underrate how important Kyrie was on that championship the Cavs won. People make it like it was 70% Lebron, 20% Kyrie and 10% Love and I don't agree with that. I think it was like 50% Lebron, 40% Kyrie and 10% Love. Kyrie was way better than anyone gave him credit for and yeah people talked about him being great, but it wasn't that different than what they say about Love and he's obviously a much better player.

Maybe this is why the Celtics didn't go all out to acquire Tyreke Evans, they had a good sense that they knew that Hayward was coming back all along....

Did you just watch the video? It clearly goes against everything that article says. If the ankle was that bad he wouldn't be doing crossover and dribbling skills.

First off I'm glad to see him starting to work his way back. That injury was horrible. That being said, he's basically doing shooting drills with some dribbling. Not much moving, he gets winded and looks to still be wearing a brace. So not sure how that report contradicts that video. He wasn't running around dunking. In no way does that video make it look like he'll be back in a month or that he is currently 100% healthy. I get we all want him back, I just don't see it. That video looks like the first step, which is nice, but he still looks to have a long way to go. I will get excited when he doesn't have a brace on, is running around and dunking. You don't rush a guy with that injury.

I think the purpose of the video was to show he's making a comeback and he's doing it with a month left of the season. I don't think he'd be posting videos if he wasn't going to try and comeback this season or postseason. If your ankle is that sore, I don't think he'd be doing any drills either but that's just my opinion.
