Celtics trading this pick to Sixers for 24 and 33 in this draft... pick was Thybulle Went from not wanting 3 rookies to adding even more In this draft that is smart.

I really like the idea of the trade. I think who they wanted would have been available anyway and perhaps they can be a bit more risky with one of the 22/24/33 picks or trade for some capital in next year's draft.

Clarke is going here then headed to Memphis which is a guy who Cs could have wanted but I’m not so high on.

Memphis clearly did that to jump Boston... They used the Utah pick at 23 to jump to 21.

Does the NBA ever trade a current first for a future first? It's hella risky. I imagine the lottery and rapid roster changes each year really cloud the futures market for draft capital. I like the idea but no one in their right mind would do it. lol

Absolutely, although you'd HAVE to think that if Boston wanted him they would have taken him at 20 instead of trading down a few picks. I doubt they would get that cute for value and miss the ONE guy they wanted. Given where he could have been ranked they could have taken him at 14 too...if they wanted.

Agreed now I’m nervous the Celtics don’t like any of these players... or they know who likes who... I’ll pretend it’s the latter

Now you got to think the Celtics might think they get Bol Bol at 24. Lol such a speculative post from me, I know.

I wouldn't mind their choice of Little/Porter and Bol/Kabengele at 22 and 24.

Kevin O’Connor loves him - had him as the 8th best guy in the draft. In other news there’s no evidence that Kevin O’Connor is related to Grant Williams

What's going on with Nassir Little? Most mocks I saw had him as a late lottery pick? He was terrible at UNC

Lol everyone is researching the guy. Not a bad pick, just a safer lower upside guy, but he's skilled. The trade helps a pick like this.

Love the Williams pick, but I'm very dissapointed Danny went with Langford instead of NAW. NAW was my dream pick. He's got everything and he's going to be great at the next level. Not so sure about Langford. If anyone can hype me up, please try.

If I had known there was a video of Williams calling out Kyries Flat Earth theory I would have bet on him being picked.

Phoenix picks at 32 so I'm not sure what else they could offer to get up to 24.
