I was thinking the same thing when he was next to Smart, he was only slightly bigger.

I haven’t watched every minute of every game but I’ve seen some of all of them. Quick hit thoughts:
1. Jaylen Brown might actually be on the way to reaching his ceiling.
2. Pray Tatum is just adjusting to being aggressive because the shots at the end of his drives are terrible.
3. Marcus Smart can actually shoot.
4. Carsen Edwards has been nervous but that will subside. Maybe it did last night - we will see.

Maybe it did last night - we will see. 1. agree, it is awesome to see that so far he has outpaced Tatum 2. agree, no way he continues to miss layups but I think he needs to go stronger as he isn't getting calls 3. he proved it last year, this is something we all debated and hoped for a long time 4. haven't noticed

Jaylen is a tough one. When he's on, he looks like a superstar, like his ceiling is so high you can't help but love him. But when he's off, he looks unplayable. It's a journey with him, but I stand by what I saw in him very early on: a taller Avery Bradley. That's not bad, that's really not bad at all. I'd add to that. Avery turned himself into a solid offensive player, Brown was way ahead of him offensively when he entered the league, a little bit more athletic too. But I see the comp.
