Well they had to really worry about the locker room to suspend him for a game. Not something they do that often, I can't remember the last player they suspended for arguing with a coach. Heck who is the last player they suspended for a game?

Wasn't Welker suspended for like the first series of a game once? I know he and Belichick didn't get along very well.

He was (for "not-so-discreetly" ragging on Rex Ryan's foot fetish).
Someone was rattling off some names of suspended players (by Pats) but I don't recall the context of many of them.
Certainly, Adalius Thomas, Randy Moss, Gary Guyton (among others) were sent home but I don't believe they missed a game. Someone mentioned that Revis was disciplined but, again, I don't remember the context.
There are some thoughts that Jonas Gray (following his amazing performance) was benched for a game after reporting late to practice (an idea that Michael Hurley refutes). But he received his pay (unlike Bennett)
And, of course, we STILL don't know the full story on Malcolm Butler.

Among the things the Pats need is a FB. I would think it would be one of the easier positions to fill but I must be wrong as they don't seem to be trying very hard to find one.

Tomlinson lines up a bunch in the backfield. Hell likely serve that role in those formations.

Kinda of a trap game tonight. It's going to be a totally different team with Darnold at QB with some weapons and Mosely back at LB. Plus we are missing a ton of people on offense. We should win, but it could be a close game if we overlook that team.
Also Denver has finally put Sanders on the Market and he by far seems like the best fit if you want a WR.

I’m really nervous about tonight so I straight up bet the Jets to win on the money line. Pretty large bet for me so you are all welcome when the Pats win.

Nice scripted first drive - lets see if it’s anything more than that.

I mean really it makes no sense to bet against your team.

I went against the Pats years ago in a playoff pool that I was winning when they went into Pittsburgh for the AFC Championship. Figured on the road in Pitt I would be smart to win the pool taking Pitt. Of course the Pats won and I was out $800. Never again.

These officials are almost as trash as MLB umps.

The only drama is whether the Pats can cover the over/under by themselves.
And now Goodell called the refs before this drive.

Hochuli only got the head ref job because nepotism, because he sure is trash at his job. It’s baffling that wasn’t a touchback and even more absurd they didn’t review it.

It obviously doesn’t matter much right now, but this O-Line is still very much a mess.

Is Dallas any good? How did this team beat a good team?
