I think with the addition of Harry, Wynn, and Sanu, the offence will get better. More targets and better protection for the playoffs. If the defense holds up and the offense starts getting points of their own, this could be another Super Bowl run. We're still in the Pats Golden Age. I think the blocking from all 3 of these guys is going to help the running game a lot and the passing game will get a lot better also. BIG shot in the arm half way thru the season!! Wynn staying healthy is huge for this playoff run. This team is looking very good but I will say the game this weekend is scaring me a little. Ravens beating Seattle in Seattle is a very good win and Jackson can make plays like no other right now. It will be a very good test for this D and just how adaptable they can be. Jaimie Collins shadowing Jackson should be fun to watch but then again maybe not. Biggest test of the year for the D.

Who shadows Jackson is going to be an interesting decision. Collins is 1 obvious choice since, traditionally, BB has used a LB for that duty. However, I read 1 media (can't recall which one) suggesting that they use Jonathan Jones who is both the fastest defender and someone who has experience at S. Of course, being the fastest, they might also want him on Brown.

Prediction time:
Do the Patriots activate Harry for this game or wait until Monday?

Baltimore is a big test. Probably the biggest so far. Glad to see no one is on NE's injury list.

I think BB defends Jackson like he did Michael Vick, which was pretty successful.

D'Angelo Hall says it will be Devin McCourty spying Jackson.

D'Angelo Hall says it will be Devin McCourty spying Jackson. It’s possible he’s a good tackler, fast and big. Leaves Harmon as the deep safety which isn’t ideal since he apparently failed geometry in high school.

I feel like that goalline penalty could have just as easily been on Baltimore. And one drive in and Lamar Jackson's showboating on the way to the end zone is making it hard not to wish that his career lasts as long as RGIII's. It's a regular season game. Congratulations on a QB hurry Earl Thomas but this isn't the Super Bowl.

It's a few weeks away from the Gronk return.

What a joke of an effort up the middle on both sides of the ball against a team that really isn’t special.

I'd bet $100 that they're throwing this game just to make teams stop trying to take them so seriously.

Wynn can't come back fast enough. I know Newhouse is like the 5th string option at LT but he's nearly unplayable. Time to shuffle and get Thuney in there?

I don't know about this but I do kind of feel that the Pats don't try every once in a while, almost as if they are throwing games. Perhaps they don't want to show Baltimore too much in case they have to play them later.
