True. So a 1 + would make more sense from that standpoint.
Same principle as my scenario but can line himself up for that offseason.

They’re about to lose to a Wizards team without Beal. Frauds.

You would think this team would’ve learned its lesson after the Toronto loss and the rough start against Atlanta, but apparently they think they’re good enough to waltz in and beating anyone without putting in any effort.
These frauds might not make it out of the first round.

These frauds might not make it out of the first round. Third game in four nights and missing Kemba Walker. The Wizards also beat the Heat and the Nuggets recently. Don't read too much into this one.

They’re about to lose to a Wizards team without Beal. Frauds. Did you ever play a sport? All you ever do is complain, NONSTOP!! The C'shave the 3rd best record in the league but if people just read your posts they would think they were in last place. The Clippers just got blown out at home by Memphis!!! Enough of your negative BS at all turns. People who never played anything sound like you!!! You wouldn't be happy unless they had the best O the best D and won every game by 30. I have news for you, they have to play the game and they are all pros out there. Have a nice day!!

Agreed. But this is one of the most frustrating losses I’ve seen from them. Come out with 0 energy and put up 94 points against a horrible defense all while letting Ish freaking Smith look like an all-star. They need Kemba to beat contenders, but if one of the wings or Smart had a good shooting night, they would have won.

1. This was just a horrible no excuse loss.
2. The ratio of negative to positive posts from WCP is borderline absurd.
These 2 statements can both be true.

Did you win every game you played? Against vastly inferior opponents? Yes.

I have news for you, they have to play the game and they are all pros out there. Have a nice day!! I do think some people are negative by nature because they want to see their team playing well. Your issue is more with how the human brain works and society in general. You blaming WCP3 for always being negative is like blaming the person next to you for the polar bears going extinct because of the melting ice caps/global warming. I'm sure WCP3 doesn't get arroused out of booing and pointing terrible crap out. He does it because that's what his eyes and brain is literally telling him and that's how he can come out and express it. It's not like he's shoving his negative opinion down anyone's throats here and saying "this team sucks and always will suck." I've never seen anyone do that here ever on this board. I've seen the negative by nature posters also hope to be wrong about being negative. RedSoxchamps is a great example of that. What I do find is that the opposite is true though. People here will shove their positive opinion down your throat and then tell you to only be positive, followed by cussing, insults, then telling you to leave. It would be one thing if they gave a fact like you just did about the Celtics being a 3 seed and then telling that person to be more positive about it. That doesn't happen all the time here. Our jobs as fans is to blindly follow the team. However someone choses to follow the team and their opinion of the team is totally their discretion and it shouldn't be provoked. It will spread more drama and conflict, if they are provoked. It will do no favors for literally no one. That's my opinion of the matter.

We have the second best point differential in the league. That's with a bunch of injuries. We are on pace to win a lot more games than last year after losing Irving and Horford. I just don't get the overly negative tone lately. Bad loss, even the best teams every year have a bunch of those each year. The big wins tell you a lot more than games like this, unless they happen all the time.

Has anyone been that negative about this Celtics team though?
One person has on a bad night. I don't really see it. I have complained myself about certain aspects of this team, but not the 2020 team itself. I have complained about- -Hayward and his broken glass syndrome lately -The length of the rebuild to get back to the finals -Tatum's ceiling. -Semi at times.
I'm curious myself to see what a Kemba Walker led team can do in the play-offs. He was really clutch in college, but has really had no chance in the pros to be that guy. Another great player on a crappy organization for that long. I would probably not watch sports if I was a fan of a team like Charlotte. Boston is where it's at with the pressure to win.
Probably best to let the comments be after a tough loss. That's all.

Athletes are human not robots, games are actually played not predetermined based on what should happen. Roger Clemens doesn't strike out 20 guys every time he pitches and Michael Jordan doesn't hit every shot he throws up there. Isn't that the beauty of sports? I mean if it was that easy we wouldn't have sports at all as their wouldn't be any point to playing.
To bitch and moan when all your teams are in first place and have been for the most part over the past 20 years is ridiculous and unrealistic. Not that you can't bitch and moan once and a while but for some it is all they do win or lose it is a nonstop barrage of negative posts. I can't even remember a positive comment from some of you. Why are you a fan if all it does is cause consternation? You do realize it is a choice right? You can choose to be a fan, you can choose to see things as half full or half empty but I am a fan that tires of the half empty attitude when their really isn't much reason for it. This is Boston where we have been the most spoiled fans on Earth for going on 20 years.
Maybe it is all some of you know, winning. I won't bore you with all the years of losing many of us endured but at least we appreciate the winning. If the laws of average kick in we won't see another championship in Boston for the next 30 years. Then you guys will really have something to complain about, think about that for just a second the next time a guy misses a big shot and things aren't looking perfect.
Sorry, not sorry for my occasional rants but I am the Voiceofreason and I can't help it just like some of you can't help your negativity.

When the Grizz beat the Clppers in LA the other day our old friend Jae Crowder was a +39 and had a line of 27, 8, 7.

Again- B*tching about negativity is going to do nothing but cause more drama and conflict. Why does one have to even question a person's reasoning for anything? You're not that person and you can't answer that question really.
That's not reasonable at all as you pointed out. By the way, bringing up Jordan is a terrible example if you want to bring up a player who wasn't perfect. The guy played through a 103 fever once and put 30 points or something like that. He went to 6 finals and won 6 finals. He's as perfect of a player that you can even point to. We're all human, but Jordan was a human that wasn't born on Earth it seems. Put a cape on him and say he was from Krypton, I'd believe it.

I don't get why people who always become so miserable because of sports even waste their time watching. Who wants to be more miserable? If that were me, I'd find a new hobby that didn't make me miserable. Some will find something to endlessly bitch about during a 15 game winning streak. Even the 108 win Red Sox season and championship wasn't good enough for a lot of people.

Well, it's not you and who's actually saying they're miserable?
There's a difference between complaining and misery. Huge difference.

A guy can complain about his wife everyday, but still love her, right?
Same concept here with our teams here in Boston.

You would want to take my head off right. Just taking that thought one step further. I wouldn't care what you thought about my wife. Just explaining how someone complains and how that doesn't make them really all that miserable. WCP3 is one of the best Celtics fans on here. He's always watching and complaining, but he sticks with them no matter what. That's what makes him a fan. Not the complaining part.
