One thing that is apparent is Chris Sale is not going to be the shut down ace the Sox need. He may be next year but at this time he's not close to great. Chris Sale with the 2.54 ERA? |

He's on pace for 8 HRs this game, since I doubt they'd play the 9th if he hit that many. |

The interesting thing there would be that it moves Kikè to CF, where he is a bonafide plus defender. So it’s not sacrificing ALL defense at least. Plus Devers has ok range, I bet he could play an ok 2B. I feel like most of his errors are throwing errors and this would make the throw a little easier more often than not too |
