Can't beat the better teams if you just keep making stupid penalties in big spots. They just don't play clean games right now. Lots of self inflicted wounds.

I’m not one for the ref conspiracy stuff, but there have been a few big missed calls on Minnesota and some 50/50 calls that were called on New England that have materially affected the game.

The Pats have done more than enough to hurt themselves, but that’s three ridiculous calls/no calls that have all gone in Minnesota’s favor.

Donaghy level stuff Eh, you misunderstand my point. There are a lot of coin flip calls in any given game. They just happen to have gotten a lot of bad flips.

Just a brutal sack there. No one was open but need to throw it away there.

Eh - just not impressed with this offense - and tonight, the defense, special teams, awful needless penalties. We are a .500 team.

I want to blame Mac Jones for this game. I don't know how, but I want to.

Not this stuff - when the Red Sox lose, it's always the umps. Bruins - its the refs. Now the Patriots -= it's the refs.
Nope - this is an earned loss. I've been an all Boston sports fan for nearly 60 years but I can be objective.
Don't grab facemasks. Don't run into punters. Go out of bounds when you need to save timeouts.
And no, I am not convinced that Mac is the QB we want to lead this team.

Donaghy level stuff Straight up truth here and I don't want to hear anyone say anything different. This was so crooked the league should be ashamed of itself. How many calls have to go one way before you have to admit something you never conceived before 5,10 20? what does it take?

It's not the refs, it's the execution tonight. Even this last minute, catching the ball on the 2 instead of letting it go into the end zone is just a terrible football play. They deserved to lose this game.

Nah outside of the running into the punter the refs were responsible for this one. 11 point swing on the blatant kickoff hold and stupid Henry TD overturn. Won’t take any criticism of my opinion on this. **** the refs, they blew this one.

Zappe would have had 3 TD and 400 yards.

I feel you go out of your way to never blame the refs even when anyone else would say different so for you to say this, wow, and the hill billy anouncers not to question anything for me is the smoking gun in an of it self. The league should issue an apology to everyone for a god dam disgrace of calls made one after another after another after another all going one way when at best maybe a couple could have been calle either way. Any reasonable fan should assume this game was Rigged rigged rigged. I'm disgusted.

The blaming of refs on this forum is childish.
Good: playaction pass! Who woulda thunk it!
No more Jonnu, Lots of Hunter Henry.
Mac downfield. Good to see him making chunk plays again. Also love the helmet slamming.
Bad: Mac under pressure. Last year he was tough as **** in the face of a rush. This year he doesn’t step up and make the tough throw.
Special teams. Yikes they looked slow and out of rhythm, likely after a short week where they played an ungodly amount of special teams snaps.
Defense. It Took 3.5 quarters to realize Kirk Cousins was just going to keep back footing lob screens and crossers?!

It’s childish to disregard the opinions of people legitimately pissed about an entirely ref-caused 11 point swing

To my point from several weeks ago:
I think I feel better about this loss than any of their wins.
