Yes indeed - great way to get past an unexpected loss. (now it's the Celtics turn to do the same)

Nice win, they grinded this one. Back home. Nice short handed goal. We get the extra point from the shootout. What a team.
Also Zacha very versatile. Good move by Sweeney.

I wanted to add my 2 cents but I'm in a holiday moritorium on beating up the home teams.
I couldn't believe the 5 on 3. But the B's had there chances. This reminded me of the Vegas game at home.

We got an early one. Hope fully there nice and rested and bury these bums.
The Bruins are honoring Bergeron getting 1000 points. What a player from day 1. He made the team I think right away he was 18. Greatest Bruin in my generation.
I remember when we lost to the Blackhawks in game 6 of the cup. I was a little aggravated because we were hanging in that series and after I found out how hurt Bergeron was he had a collapse lung. There were a couple of others that needed surgery. Too bad. The Blues series that game 7 pissed me off.
Good to see the chief Johnny Buyck. Oh he got a Rolex from the players. Custom. Bottle of DP.

Game 6 when Marchand was slew footed among other horrific calls/non-calls I was more disappointed in otherwise their would certainly not have been a game 7 and the Bruins would have added another Cup to the collection.

I couldn't have called that game more incorrectly. After 1, I thought that Florida would come back. But then Pasta scored early 2nd and I said that Panthers were done. THEN they come firing back so I thought that this was gonna be a rough night for the hometown boys.
THEN the Panthers were done.
Nailed it.

This is much more than a hot start now, the Bruins are very much for real. They have beaten top teams both at home and in their house, even in their losses they were in the game except for one and the fact that they are getting contributions across all 4 lines and 3 defensive pairs bodes well for avoiding a prolonged slump. It's still early, but not *that* early. What a great time for a real traditional hockey town. Let's not forgot that in the early 70s Boston had 3 professional teams playing out of The Gahden: the short lived AHL Boston Braves, the WHA New England Whalers (later Hrtford Whalers, now Carolina Hurricanes) and, of course, the Bobby Orr led Bruins. And at that time BU was probably the top national collegiate hockey program although they had severe local challenges from BC and Harvard who were both nationally ranked and Northeastern was no slouch either. What a golden era for the Boston icemen.

Going to need a 200' 60 minute effort tonight against NJ even though they've been off a bit lately they're still a top team. Go B's!

What can I say good comeback. That Debrusk goal I love that. I want them near the net more. It’s good to get a lucky bounce once in a while Pasta wasn’t going to miss an open net.

That was sweet in Jersey. 2nd game of a back to back. Yup! They played one good period on the 2nd day of a back-to-back and ended up beating a good hockey team. That’s how you know they’re a force

Cdj, there nasty. Exactly they can not show up for first period and spot a team. Just tear them up 20 minutes later.
For a while I admit I was getting aggravated Carlo and Clifton always got called for penalties. But this team is top 3 penalty kill.

If ever there was a game a team had no business winning, it was this one. Traveling from Ottawa where they had a furious comeback and full overtime last night to play a top notch team that's well-rested.
No prob. W for the B's.
