wcp is one of my favorite posters and I absolutely love that whenever the Celtics are losing, I got some comfy "everything is sh*t" hot take waiting for me. Speaking of being sh*t: Grant has seen less minutes lately. Good for Joe to hold him back a little, Grant hasn't been very good lately and since we have some good depth, let him work shit out in practice. He looked so much better on offense early in the season with good, strong drives and his usual clean shooting. He's looking like a JAG. You must be related. How can, 'the same old the best team in the league sucks be a hot take?, You don't even make sense becuase you can't make sense of nonsense. It's a one trick pony trolling the rest of the board and for some reason he's allowed to do it, smh. It's old and antagonizing and multiple people have complained so it's not me.

That’s inaccurate, but how many times are we going to have this same argument? If my posts bother you this much, ignore them and move on. It’s a pretty simple solution. You've had the same arguement with multiple people, chances are then you are the problem. For the record, I love his posts. This is a combination game thread and general thread. Get over the comments made while watching games. It’s part frustration and part superstition for many of us to react how we do; it’s not a troll.

Well at least Tatum isn’t Ja Morant. Silver linings! It's absolutely WILD that a 23 year old posting MVP numbers is soon to be out of the league.

You've had the same arguement with multiple people, chances are then you are the problem. I never call out a single poster personally. You and a handful of other posters are the ones who get triggered by everything I say. Again, if you don’t like my posts, ignore them and move on. It’s really not that hard.

Bucks and 6ers are both very mid, I think we could beat both of them.

He won’t be out of the league unless he escalates and doesn’t learn from this. They really need to suspend him for a good amount of time tho to send a message.

Bucks and 6ers are both very mid, I think we could beat both of them. Sixers are a known commodity- total frauds. 0% concerned about them Bucks would give us some issues imo. Mostly because they have the best player in the league. I’d still choose Boston though I don’t think Cleveland is good enough yet. Another year of experience for garland and Mobley and they will be though. NY seems to play well against us but I don’t think they have the high end talent to beat us in a playoff series- that’s not to say Randle and Brunson aren’t great players, I just don’t think it’s enough to beat the high end talent + depth we have

Perhaps it’s dumb hyperbole. Hopefully he’ll be proven wrong. But two things to consider: 1. The Warriors have always turned the ball over at high rates due to the nature of their offense, which is incredibly pass happy and features their two best players seeking the ball off movement. When the Celtics turn the ball over, their two best players force the action on ball, leading to bad shots, pick 6’s and swipes the other way. And it’s been their Achilles heel in the playoffs for about 4 years now. 2. Championship teams, and particularly dynasties, respond positively to adversity. The Celtics track record shows that when things start going poorly, they, and specifically Tatum, start shitting their pants. What works for them when they are the best team in the league (movement, role players playmaking, Tatum and Brown being decisive against a staggered defense), goes away at the most inopportune times. They beat the defending champs (who have the best player in the league) on the road in a game 7, I think people pick and choose what they want to count as “adversity” to make this argument. Very sports radio. Can you explain what you mean? Every team has faced adversity. I’m saying the Celtics respond poorly to it.

We have no clue what Celtics team shows up night to night, quarter to quarter.

Tatum is taking it right to the Knicks. It feels like his shot is better when he starts off the game attacking, so it will be interesting to see if tonight plays out that way.

Derrick White is so, so good. It’s a cliche but he does all the little stuff (and some of the big stuff).

Same old buggaboos—bad turnovers, stagnant ball movement, lazy defense.

Fortunately, they’re killing the Knicks on fast breaks and offensive rebounds.

Extremely good on both ends plus an incredible motor and IQ. He's almost like a less infuriating/flashy version of Smart.

So far, so good. Smart must be such a pain to play against. Got to keep the poise and bring this win home.
Smart at -6 - shooting is off, turnovers.
Brown has such a knack for that impossible looking step back.

Whelp...we've seen this movie before. From up 14 to down 1 going into the 4th.
Outscored 10-2 to start the quarter - more missed layups.
But, no, no problems here.

Getting punked at home by the Knicks without Brunson? Totally fine, nothing to see here.

Sure but when you lead the league with the best record despite having your starting line-up for only 10 games and your rants are one way, that is not that.

this game is just totally even more insane
Horford having one of his quietest/greatest games of the year.
Why was Jaylen dribbling nearly all the time off before getting it to Tatum? Dumb there.

Tatum is really laying bricks again. Celts are just watching Quigley drive to the hoop.
Celtics are not rebounding well in this OT

We need an actual center behind Horford SO BADLY its not even funny. Especially since Timelord is made of glass.
