The problem with that defense, which frankly is likely the only one he had, is that he still had unlawful guns in Massachusetts with mags over 10 rounds.

I haven't seen what the Parker contract means in terms of this year's cap hit, but I suspect it frees up some money. Whether that means we're closer on Hopkins or have other objectives, it probably gives NE more $$$ with which to maneuver.

What is it, a new 3 year deal, as in two year extension or a 3 year extension? A two year extension is an okay deal, a 3 year extension with only 14 million guaranteed is a great deal.
Mac Jones had no clue how to use Parker and had a bunch of interceptions to start the year. Then they formed chemistry, yet line went to crap and Parker got a concussion. We haven't had an X receiver who could go up and get passes like Parker since Moss. Yeah he doesn't have his speed, yet he's a big play WR and we need that. Mac also needs guys around him for years. So next 3 years he has Parker and JuJu.
It's really about the OL and if Trent Brown is actually getting himself in shape or other guys step up.

Duggar is the guy I want the most A lot of people do but he’s overrated (bc he’s flashy and makes some great plays) and due to his age this is his one chance to cash in, plus it’s our deepest position. If you could flip him for a young left tackle, I do that in a second. |

I agree with the coverage assessment but I'm buying into all the other non-flashy things folks have been pointing out (way better than I ever could).
I also think he embodies the type of D BB is trying to build. I won't say "positionless" bc I have ZERO time for another one of those debates.
