I'm getting irrationally angry at Mookie Betts being on the Dodgers. At least he'll be terrible in probably 5-6 more years. Then I'll feel better about having lost these years.

Conversely, I'm loving Verdugo on the Yankees.

Why do teams keep walking Gleybar? Just throw it down the middle if you have to.

he looks safe or blocking the plate, but of course the Yankees win the review

What a fucking joke! I guess that’s why they have the video review quarters in NYC.

What's the freaking point of instant replay? His hand was in there. I hope that doesn't turn the game/series.

No idea why he's even bunting. 1st and 3rd no out up 3 runs. Edman then top of the order. Let them swing

The powers that be are keeping this game closer than it should be by now.

Damn, what a wasted opportunity that was. I was hoping the Dodgers could put the game away. Hope that inning and call doesn't bite them in the ass.

Idk if he was safe or not. Didn't really look safe to me, though kind of funny how quick the announcer was to say that he was safe. Either way, that isn't blocking?

It's hard to see his hand, but where else can it be as it disappeared under the catcher's knee. The last angle looked pretty conclusive - that he was safe.

I think if it wasn’t a 2-0 series with LA primed to go up 3-0 that calls reversed. More people in Japan watched game 2 than the USA.

Yeah, schematics either way because even if the hand got curled back behind the knee or whatever, I'm pretty sure that's still blocking. Good! Karma at the plate in the following inning!

A catcher can block the plate, he just has to have possession of the baseball. It looked like that was the case, but hand still looked safe.

I like that Graterol is with the Dodgers longer than Jeter Downs was for the Red Sox.

I’d love to have Tommy Edman on my team.

Getting Jazz to end that inning felt huge. Win Expectancy calculator has the LAD at 97.2 percent. I should feel great. So, why am I still so nervous?
