It's direct quotes from the player, not even close to "Gossip" Ohh really. Get Kyrie Irving to admit it then.

IT'S ALL GOSSIP!! It's also easy to kick a player once he left town. It's his friend saying what Irving said to him. No one has ever said anything like that about Mookie and never will. And I'm Mookie Betts' cousin!!!

Pedro it blows your whole Boston media chased Irving away theory right out of the water. The guy just didn't like Boston and wanted out before anything even happened. He then goes a little crazy and the media turned on him, yet it just didn't matter. He was already gone at that point. My god, Boston made his life miserable starting in November. People like you were jumping his throat from game 1 of the season.

I mean, everyone but you and Jim just can't let the Kyrie Irving stuff go. One guy heard he wanted to go somewhere else in December. Yeah, anyone can make a report like that after the fact. Dude let it go. Actually that's the second player to say that. I didn't post the first one because maybe it was like you said, yet two players going on record saying the same thing. It's legit and that's the time when Irving starting trashing our young players. We are getting a very clear picture of what happened last season. He's not saying he heard, he's saying he talked with Irving about it. He said Irving reached out to him about joining the Net's. Irving wasn't even being recruited, he was actively looking for a new team in early December. Stop defending the guy! IT'S ALL GOSSIP!!!

I heard Mookie Betts wants to sign with Atlanta in 2021. I'm going to write up a nice juicy story about this gossip right now!!! Yeah and if you had a source for that instead of making it up like we're not doing about Kyrie, you'd have a point. I cannot think of two people who are more different than Irving and Betts. I doubt after a horrible playoff game where he struck out 5 times, Mookie would ever say something like he should have been swinging even harder because no one is a better hitter than he is. Mookie is all class. He has never once said a single bad thing about a single teammate and has never taken anything other than full responsibility for his results. IT'S ALL GOSSIP!! It's also easy to kick a player once he left town.

That was impressive. Darwinzon might be the new Andrew Miller with his control problems harnessed in a relief role. Hopefully that happens.

More base running mistakes. Should have scored there on the fly ball.

I hate day games. I see Devers is still punishing the blue jays. Darwinzon is warming up.

I'd do a Bobby Dalbec, Durbin Feltman, Mike Shawaryn, and a lottery type
for
Dominic Smith and Edwin Diaz
These two players could really help this year and in the next coming years. Maybe, you'd have to give up more. I don't know. It'd be nice to have both these players right now on this team though. Minimum level salaries giving a lot of production.

With the trade for Cashner, are the Red Sox still under the salary cap and if so by how much? If they are still under but with little room to spare, I am content with not getting someone else this year for the bullpen if it means going over the cap to do it. Give the young guys a shot and if they can't do it, get ready for next year. The Sox have zero room. Basically minimum level contracts from here on out if they want to stay under. Maybe 2 million until the third threshold. The Sox are done if they want to stay under the third threshold. Stinks because they need another arm. Eovaldi is probably not enough, especially if you want him starting by the end of September. Add- There's only one arm in baseball who's making the minimum and can help this team this year- Edwin Diaz is the best trade target the Sox might have right now. He's the only option if the want to stay under the third threshold.

Ohh okay. I get it.
When do I sound hammered when I post?
And you say often. Yeah, that's not insulting at all. That was funny. Good one.

Putting a rookie in a big spot. Give the loss to Dombrowski and Henry.

I still don't get why that was the plan. You had 2 third baseman right there. It was completely redundant. But at least they tried! Yeah, they did. Good on them.

Lol, Kelly probably wouldn't have stayed either way because the Dodgers simply put the best offer on the table. I was wrong about Workman, but he started throwing as hard as he did before Tommy John surgery this year, which was completely unforseen out of no where 5 years later after Tommy John surgery. Feltman has been a huge disappointment, along with Lakins. Lot of things had to go wrong for the bullpen to look as depleted as it has the last month. All it took was one horrible off-season.
