It is a good thing that this defense is all time good because the offense is mediocre at the moment and the problem really centers on the o-line/ Will Wynn finally getting on the field solve the problem, can Scar do his thing and coach up the line? Meanwhile SF crushed a decent Carolina team.

That Dolphins spread seems kind of tight.

Is Bailey really that bad as a holder or is it time for the Pats to find a new kicker?

So I guess that means at least 2 more years of BB.

I can't imagine that BB hasn't had "the Talk" with Brown before making this commitment and is satisfied that the message was received and understood. I've heard Brown has some kind of relationship with Brady so that should help if true since he has to know how Brady approaches things. Do they cut a receiver and if it's Jakobi Meyers he will be gone which they might regret going forward.

If he has "just" $5 mm in the3 bank he can live on $100k a year simply putting the money in 30 year US Treasury bonds even at today's super low rates/ He probably has a lot more than that so he can do whatever he wants with his life and still have his health. If he really wants a football career just not in Indy he can come back but not everyone is so money focused that they are driven by having more money than any human being needs to live a comfortable and fulfilling life.

Time to put the three ball in the corner pocket and move on.

Jonathan Diaz with his first Lowell home run. Big Joe Davis hit his fourth. He stands 6'6", weighs 245, is broad at the shoulder and narrow at the hip.... For a board full of old people the lack of recognition was..........disappointing.

He started life as a shortstop. He doesn't have the chops to be that in MLB, but it does indicate that he's no stonehands.

Walden reminds of another Sox pitcher from years back who wore glasses. Anybody else know who I'm thinking of? Harris? Can't remember his name Rickey Vaughn?

Just noticed that the CBSSports analyst (Prisco?) gave the Pats a C+ fro drafting Harry. Said they really needed to draft an outside speed guy. And I'm thinking that except for Moss, they never really made the most use of that type of receiver when they had them (Cooks sort of but not really) while they love tough over the middle slot type guys. It must take a LOT of hubris to give Belichick a C+ though.

You forgot to say "Get off my lawn!" Or more seriously, when you start to pay athletes millions you get more concerned about their long term viability (this is true in all 4 major sports).
